Do not recommend anymore. I used them from Oct 2024 to March 2025. Great originally when I signed up for a year subscription. I have many health conditions needing imaging often. Well, slowly and slowly their reports started coming back late and "normal" after many reports of details in early reports. Right now I'm waiting 2 weeks now with no response on one case and now when I try to log into my portal it says their free trial ended. I'm about to file a fraud case to get the rest of my year refunded. DON'T USE. P.s. they will still take money for reviews and membership but the rest of their site and portal are completely down.

Working with Mitrua for my son's second opinion was a breeze. While we were going through some difficult circumstances, the doctors at Mitrua were responsive and ultimately cared about our son and his diagnosis. I can not recommend the service more!

I had some tests done a few months ago. I thought there might be something that had been missed, so I submitted it to Mitrua. After the doctor reviewed the test, I turned out to be exactly correct and it was specifically what I thought it was. It was a great feeling to know that I wasnt imagining things. The customer service and frankly the entire process was quick, professional and thorough. I am very grateful for this service and the fantastic product and I will definitely use them again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Thanks to Mitrua's excellent 2nd opinion services, I was able to make an informed decision regarding my surgical needs.

My MRI scans were reviewed by Derek and the report was very well worth it. There was alot of information that was not originally reported by whoever did the initial review.
After getting Derek's report, everything makes sense as to why I have discomfort in specific areas and the report was produced on time, less than 24 hours over thanksgiving day.

This is an excellent service. It is very easy to submit your case and images, and I received the report in less than 24 hours even though it was a saturday. It was very informative and detailed. I also sent Silvia a chat message when I was signing up and she answered me right away despite it being after hours. Customer service here is top notch.

I received a wonderfully detailed report. It included details that the original radiologist missed and I got the report much faster than previously. I also got to email directly with the doctors reading my report and provide a full history. The report not only noted abnormalities in medical terms, but also explained them in terms that I could understand and possible symptoms.

I also love the business model. An AI review of the images plus two human reviews, being able to communicate with the radiologist, and being able to request a second opinion without having to bother your primary care physician for a second referral.

I was a bit hesitant when I first saw the website, I wasn't sure if it was a real service, but it is and I'm very glad I used the services for a second opinion on my MRI scans. The original report I received was short, seemed rushed, missed details and did not relate findings back to symptoms. This second opinion report included details and images, related the details to symptoms, and demonstrated a greater level of care and attention. I'm hoping that I don't need anymore medical imaging, but if I do, I would definitely use this service for a second opinion again.

The final report was thorough. Dr Beltran answered all of my questions and was very helpful. His replies were immediate.

They answered all my questions in a timely manner and even weeks after my original response! They caught a rare anomaly in my heart that my original doctor could not see in blood work of my ekg and missed in my ct scan.
