Citation Cyber Recensioni

Citation Cyber have been great to work with, they are very knowledgeable, respond back to any queries promptly and are very eager to help. A special mention goes to Janya who has been extremely helpful during the Cyber Essentials plus assessment, she has taken time to explain things and make sure the process was as smooth as possible.

We had an excellent experience working with the Citation Cyber Security Team throughout our Cyber Essentials Plus certification process. Janya and Vincent were extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and responsive at every stage. They provided clear guidance, answered our queries promptly, and ensured we understood each requirement, which made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and structured.

Their professionalism, patience, and technical expertise gave us confidence throughout the audit and remediation stages. The team was proactive, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve compliance successfully.

I would highly recommend Citation Cyber to any organisation seeking Cyber Essentials or Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Their support and guidance truly make a difference.

Great experience working with CitationCyber. We have used them a couple of times now for pentesting and it has been a good experience every time. They are very experienced, very thorough, great communication during the process and a very clear and helpful report at the end.

We are very happy to continue working with them and can easily recommend them.

We were shopping around for a penetration test—not based on price, but on speed and service quality.

A credible, hard-nosed pentest is essential for our business, so we needed a provider we could trust.

Citation Cyber really stood out vs the other two we were considering.

The sales process was efficient, communication was clear throughout, and the booking and overall management were handled extremely well. Everything moved quickly without ever feeling rushed.

Most importantly, the results were genuinely useful. Issues were identified that we were able to fix immediately, which is exactly what we wanted from the engagement.

Great team, great communication, and excellent service overall. We’d happily work with them again.

We engaged CitationCyber for our CyberEssentials certifcation. The automation across their platform makes it much easier to determine the next steps we need to take. Staff are also very professional.

Recent Cyber Essentials Plus audit completed by Janya who is professional, courteous and a delight to work with. We've been using Citation Cyber for 5 years and always found them to be excellent.

We had a very positive experience completing our Cyber Essentials Plus assessment with Mitigate Cyber, and I’d like to specifically highlight Janya, our assessor.
Janya was highly professional, knowledgeable, and extremely clear throughout the CE+ process. She explained the requirements in a practical and structured way, ensured everything was well understood, and made the assessment feel thorough without being daunting. Her attention to detail and calm, supportive approach really helped keep the process smooth and efficient.
Overall, Mitigate Cyber delivered a professional and well‑organised CE+ service, and Janya was a standout assessor. I would confidently recommend both to any organisation looking to achieve Cyber Essentials Plus.

As a start up founder, I could not have been in safer hands. From the very beginning of my CE and CE+ certification journey for my new business, HeadZone Group, I felt genuinely supported and held throughout the process.

What Vincent helped me achieve was remarkable. My CE and CE+ certifications were turned around in a matter of days, and this was done with exceptional professionalism, outstanding attention to detail, and consistent support every step of the way. I could never have completed the forms or navigated the process without the level of guidance, patience, and reassurance I received from Vincent, particularly given the urgency of meeting my G-Cloud 15 application requirements within 28 days.

Vincent went above and beyond in every sense. His care, compassion, and genuine understanding of the importance of my vision made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel calm and manageable. His humanity and kindness stood out, and his support restored my faith in what true client care should look like.

Thank you also to Dom for connecting me with the right people to support me on this journey.

Mohammed, the assessor, demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and a fair approach that made the assessment process transparent and well managed.

Lastly, Helen truly believed in my vision. She took the time to fully understand my HR and Health and Safety goals and requirements, helped me clarify what my HR function should look like, and offered thoughtful, informed recommendations. Her belief in my vision inspired me further, and I feel confident that my business will be safely supported by Citation and its team as it grows. I also look forward to applying for ISO 27001 once the business is fully established.

The level of care, insight, and support provided has been invaluable. This is what every business needs, whether established or just starting out. I could not rate Citation and its team highly enough.

As HeadZone Group grows into what will be a United Kingdom first digital and interactive wellbeing and emotional literacy platform, with education on death, grief, and loss forming part of a wider offer aligned with Government requirements from September 2026 across all England schools, I know HeadZone Group will remain a customer for life.

Thank you for an exceptional and deeply human experience.

We used them for our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation; it was the first time I had personally undertaken it so was nervous. They were fully supportive and explained the whole process well, and provided answers to questions promptly.

Brilliant support from the team.

A super organisation. Very professional, very responsive, great value and walked us through our CE= audit with care and worked with us through to our pass. Well done and thanks.

With social distancing this years audit was a very different affair but Mitigate Cyber handled it well, assigned last years auditor and made the process as painless as possible.
The pre-audit questionnaire platform changes are also a welcome improvement.
The company have been working on more than a name change and it shows in improvements across the audit process.
