Used many many trades over the years and never been so impressed. I cannot find anything to fault whatsoever - arrived ON TIME TO THE MINUTE on both occasions I have used them, uber professional, friendly, explain clearly, charges VERY reasonable, Andy is a super guy, Jamie incredibly helpful; just an absolute pleasure from start to finish and not to mention the IMPECCABLE workmanship. I will never use anyone end again for windows.

My front window needed new glass which they replaced.
Also fixed the handle on the window and were going to replace my kitchen door handle which I did myself.
They gave me the handle as spare but not only that did both jobs in a very professional, friendly way. I couldn't recommend highly enough

Really simple process from start to finish. They came to give me a quote and didn't put any pressure on me to go ahead with it, just left me with it. Booked the job in, and it was all over and done with within an hour. No mess, clean work. Paul was really friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Misted Windows highly enough. From start to finish, they provided a flawless, professional service with a level of product knowledge that completely set them apart. Their pricing was incredibly competitive, especially considering they use top-tier Pilkington glass products and include a 10-year guarantee when the industry standard is only 5. We had a massive job consisting of 51 windows to install. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 AM and worked tirelessly until 5:00 PM on one of the hottest days in June without a single complaint. A massive thank you to Jaime for perfectly coordinating everything and to Paul who came out to measure up and then took the lead on the installation alongside Mark and Aaron. Their workmanship was excellent and they left the property immaculate, fully cleaning every single window and ensuring the window sills and surrounding areas were perfectly tidied up. They are an excellent, trustworthy company to deal with. If you want the best products, fair pricing, and a stellar work ethic, look no further!

Great service, good quality Pilkington K Glass, super clarity through it. (And I thought glass was glass!) Fitters were friendly, helpful and showed exactly what had gone wrong and why with the old unit. The Price quoted was the price charged. Super happy, would recommend.

Andy did a fantastic job with our windows when measuring and fitting they took their shoes off in house without been asked ,nothing was too much trouble.
A scratch on a pane of glass was replaced immediately
would use again and would recommend.

I had 16 panels replaced by Misted Windows. During the survey Andy clearly explained the options available and their benefits. At installation, Paul and Aaron were friendly, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy going above and beyond in fixing some releated door/window issues. Great improvement in lighting as a result. One panel was too small, but that was sorted a couple of days later without issue. Punctual throughout. Great price, backed by a 10yr guarantee beating the 5 years offered by others. I would not hesitate to use Misted Windows again

I cannot praise this company highly enough. They replaced 14 double glazed window panes for us. From quotation visit to fitting they were a pleasure to deal with. Very professional, courteous & helpful (even kind) throughout! They were tidy (even offering to clear up any debris that might have fallen into my neighbour’s balcony below). Had my lounge window replaced and it's a huge unit as well ,but with Paul and Aaron in control everything went smoothly, they are a great team and take great care in what they do , highly recommend them.

These guys came and quoted us for some new window glass. The price was amazing so booked them in. They got to us quick. Whole job was done in an hour on the day. Great bunch of guys. Would recommend 100%.

They visited they repaired and sorted out all my misted windows. I found a couple of snagging items after they had left and thankfully they returned after an hour of reporting them to rectify the snags. A company that does a great job is well worth reviewing favourably but one that rectifies issues after they have occurred are weighted in gold. I would highly recommend misted windows for all your replacement panes. A small company but with great positive attitude to customer service

Window stuck shut, Paul squeezed us in and came round the same week I called. Polite, efficient, explained what the issue was and got the job done. Stress free experience, even took his shoes off without being asked. Highly recommend.
