Purchased something that broke after one wear due to being defective. Tried to contact miss circle in total 8 times but they just ignore me. I even visited the store and they wouldn't help. Worst customer service they don’t care at all about customers or the products they sell. I was only after a minor replacement part that I would have been happy to pay for (even though I shouldn’t have had to). Do not recommend buying from here.

Really great customer service!! I give this Store 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they didnt have a certain dress online, it was sold out but they were able to get one shipped to the Store and have it on hold for me!!

I recently ordered a gown from Miss Circle and was genuinely impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. The tailoring was impeccable, and the dress was made with high-quality material both inside and out — no shortcuts, no cheap finishes, just a beautifully constructed piece with an impressive amount of fabric and structure.

Although the dress ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me personally, the return process was seamless. Their customer service team responded promptly, provided all the necessary return information, and processed my refund as soon as the dress reached them.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Miss Circle and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommended!

Miss Circle has great quality dresses. I am not sure if they recently went with a different manufacturer as I used to take a small in their dresses. I recently ordered 3 small pieces. 1 fit and 2 I had to return. I had no problems with the return policy. They promptly sent me a shipping label and promptly refunded my card. Great customer service. I may start sizing up to a medium now. But no complaints. Great quality clothing and good return policy.

First off this company’s sizes are not accurate. Some run smaller than others and they’ll give the impression that returns are a simple process but when it comes to returning a product, they have a 14-day rule that you have to ship back etc. However, they will not respond to you for return instructions or respond vaguely until it’s past 14 days and you can no longer return. They have good customer service until it regards a return and suddenly they lost all their brain cells. If it doesn’t fill you’re screwed.

My dress is perfect. The packaging was literally amazing:)

I've made a few purchases from them and have been satisfied so far. Exactly like the photo and they do have some beautiful dresses. The only issue I have is having to pay return shipping on returns but overall I like the company and hope they continue to add new styles. I would buy from them again.
