Absolutely disgusting!
There return policy is non existent and so is there customer service. I don’t think they really care about anything. I would like to return and get a full refund and as the garment is faulty and quality of fabric is terrible!
Please don’t buy from this website.

Please, please, please don’t waste your money or time. After returning a dress because it was nothing like the picture I was £60 out of pocket.

Awful experience with trying to return the dress, no one gets back to you and then when they do, they try and talk you into keeping the dress with a small refund . Do not buy from this company

I ordered two dresses, but both were poorly sewn. I followed the return process outlined on their website; however, my request was denied. Instead, they offered only a partial contribution towards alterations from a local tailor, which I would have to find myself. Upon opening a dispute through PayPal, they initially appeared to agree to a return, but they did not reimburse the full purchase and shipping costs. They also delayed both the payment and the shipping of the return label until after the PayPal dispute deadline, seemingly hoping that I would not escalate the matter to an official claim. I chose to trust that MISSAC would honor their agreement, but now, without an active dispute or complaint through PayPal, they have ceased all communication. My negative experience mirrors those of other customers. I encourage you to verify feedback on Trustpilot, particularly for missacc.con and missacc.co.uk, where many similar issues are detailed.
WALK AWAY FROM THEM BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS!

Absolutely awful company. They use stolen photos from designers and wedding shoots. The reviews are all fake. My negative review and photos were taken down from their website immediately.

The dress i received is not the same colour, fabric or design as the image on the website and the measurements are way off.

I have raised a dispute with them and been ignored initially and then offered a refund of the postage fees only.

I asked to cancel my order 2 weeks before it was even scheduled to be shipped as our wedding date has changed and was offered a refund of the shipping fee only and a coupon. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours you will never see your money again.

There are so many better sites to buy from.

The worst experience every. Please save your money. I used the size guide and the dress arrived and yes it fit but it was all wrong. The waist was too high and the breast pads were high too it looked awful. They offer silly amounts as a refund then suggested I gave it to charity to make someone else happy. The fabric you were unable to alter so now im stuck with a dress that does not look right looks more like a old fashioned dressing gown than a wedding dress. BEWARE.

I purchased a dress from this company and tried to return it as soon as I opened the package. I paid $183 including tax and shipment. The dress was cheaply made and I could see the seam comingapart in front of the dress near chest area. I have sent several emails, but no one is responding. I will never buy anything else from them.

I bought a dress for my daughters wedding, tried on day it was delivered didn’t like the colour or the fabric and didn’t fit properly
Contacted them by email same day of deliver to ask for full refund and return address they have tried everything not to give back full amount
I wouldn’t encourage anyone to buy from this website customer service is extremely poor, disappointed they have no respect for customer service and your right to be paid in full
If I wanted a further discount and to keep the dress I wouldn’t be asking for a full refund for the dress that doesn’t even fit

I brought a dress from the picture, it looked very nice but when it comes, the quality of the dress was very poor. I asked for an address and for my receipt so I could return the dress, however They never gave me. They are not helpful at all and I wouldn't recommend anyone using them.

I have sent 15 emails to there customer support about my refund, I returned the merchandise and was told upon receipt of receiving the merchandise that my refund would be processed within 4 business days, but my refund is missing $50, why am I being charged all these fees, service rep who is communicating with me has been giving me the runaround about my $160 refund . Rep name is Monica , I need a customer service # to call because I’m not getting anywhere with sending emails.This is totally unacceptable.

My experience with this company has been the worst of all.

I liked a dress on the Missacc website, but before ordering it I read the return policy, which states that if you are not fully satisfied, they will provide a full refund including shipping fees.

I also contacted one of their employees via the website chat, and she assured me that they accept returns for standard sizes within 14 days after receiving the order. All I needed to do was contact customer service

Well, when I received the dress, as soon as I opened the package I realized that the dress looked nothing like what I had ordered. It looks very cheap and of very poor quality; it is also horrible. Not to mention the measurements — I am not a seamstress, but I believe the dress was not properly made. It does not fit at all.

Therefore, I immediately contacted customer service, but it has been a complete waste of time for the past three days. They refuse to issue a full refund, and the only option they give me is to keep the item and receive 30% in coupons to be used on my next order — of course not!

Another option they offer is to keep the item and receive a £22 partial refund for a dress I paid a total of £164 for.

This company is misleading and untrustworthy. I feel scammed and would strongly advise others to stay away.

There is another trusted website missacc, not this one!! I ordered a 162£ dress that looked so good in the picture and got something that is completely different from different material and style and even size was too big! They offered me a 32£ refund!!! 32£££! How is that possible?🤯😬I just throwed that cheap dress worth of 10£ (it looked so cheap) out in the rubbish bin

I ordered a £135 dress from them- doesn't fit right. Seven emails later asking for a return they are offering me a £30 refund! I have to pay a 10 per cent restock fee fair enough but £105 is a lot more than 10 percent! Have asked for an explanation as to how they get to the amount of £30. So wish I had read more reviews!! Steer clear of this company!

Honestly the dress was questionable. Off colour and had stains on. I wouldn't personally return here to buy again..
And prices are too extreme for what you get including the materials used. And their return policy or whatever you want to call it is just unbelievable. They will try and pin the stains on you or will try and give you partial "store credit" which is less than £15 or like £4 refund (yes £4...) from a £90+ order. Unbelievable

If I could put minus stars I would this company are beyond disgusting their customer service is zero they lie constantly and trying everything possible to get out of refunding you for their faulty goods and then tell you to take a pencil or lipstick to a white dress !!! I'll keep fighting till I get my money back absolute con artists items are less than substandard do not entertain buying from them

This company is based in China not the UK.. if the dress is no good you have to send it back I paid over £36 they then take money off you for it as well so.yoi ard left with pittance. Please be aware of this it is not uk based

Ordered a uk size 8 wedding dress, they sent a uk size 2! Refuse to answer emails and live chats tell me to be patient.
Definitely do not recommend

Recently purchased a dress from this company. Zip on dress was broken, asked for refund, all they offered me was £25 to find a seemstress to fix the problem. When stated there wasn't enough time for me to get it sorted, they then offered me £34 and told me to gift it to someone or give to charity. They made every excuse not to give me details how to return for a full refund. Now I'm left with a dress I'm never going to use and lost out on a lot of money. If you are not happy with a item you should be able to return with no problems. Terrible company to deal with
