I had a very positive experience with MIS. The member of staff who dealt with my problem was Rita Lindsay and she communicated with me in a most caring, informed and professional way. She made what was a stressful situation for me much easier. She was most impressive and a great representative for the company.
Had an issue with a flat battery in the evening and called - got prompt service from Cara and the truck was out to me within the hour and all was sorted quickly. Very happy with service over the phone and in person. (service contract though insurance company)
I had arranged to see rita lindsay this morning as i was unable to send photo of my driving licence so i arrived and rita broght me up to office copied my license allso rita helped me do a change of address for my driving licence with dvla allso printed out the form i needed to send off my current licence to be updated. Honestly it is the best experience i have ever had with any thing like this rita was so nice so helpful i was so relaxed i have mental health issues and can get flustered stressed etc well rita was fantastic and she is a credit to your company THANK YOU RITA
My wee car broke down and Hannah (that evening) and Monica (the next morning) in MIS were so helpful in assisting my to get the car recovered and getting 2 days car hire. Thank you!
My experience with MIS was calm and professional. They guided me through what is let's face it is a pain. But glad to have them there!
Rita Lindsay was very helpful and clearly provided all the information that is needed to get the claim procedure done for the aftermath of a serious engine fire accident.
I was involved in a non fault accident. I contacted MIS Claims and they handled everything for me and took the stress and the pressure off me completely. After the accident my 7 seater was not road worthy. MIS lifted my car and got me a hired 7 seater all within the same day of the accident. My claims handler, Monika Dawson put me at ease after such a scary accident. She was knowledgeable and very empathetic. I would definitely recommend their services.
I recently found myself in the unfortunate situation of being involved in a car accident. They provided me with a replacement vehicle and the claims handler ensured that I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and reassurance took the stress out of the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone in need of accident management services.
Fantastic service. From the moment I called MIS, I was given help and advice regarding a non fault accident that I was involved in. My car was lifted and a replacement vehicle was delivered to my house the next day. They have called me several times regarding my accident and keeping me updated on how things are progressing. Keep up the good work and thanks for all your help.
Stay away!! They do everything not to reimburse you. Paid extra for MIS breakdown assistance. One day, when I needed to have assistance for a flat battery and punctured tyre, only calling there takes ages and they ask for information they should have already, when the assistant came in, he fixed the battery and pumped some air into the tyre saying it was all good. Two days later while driving, the tyre goes completely flat again, very bad fixing. I had to replace the tyre and take it to a repair shop. Before going to the repair shop, I called to the MIS claims line to confirm I could get this covered and they confirmed. Days later when I sent the receipt they refuse to cover this and state that their MIS claims line handler misunderstood the situation. When its about not giving you a reimbursement they throw policy wordings at you but when its a mistake on their part its all ok.

Absolutely fantastic experience from the minute I contacted MIS claims after being involved in an accident - the car hire team sourced and provided me a courtesy car and had it supplied to me within a day - they even took care of my insurance transfer and kept me fully informed throughout- the service provided was excellent- I would highly recommend this company who take the stress out of an already stressful situation- first class service - well done MIS claims team and car replacement team.
Do not use insurance people that uses MIS for breakdown on my policy it said roadside assistance they refused to look at my car and towed it to the garage and even on the phone he admitted that they don't send mechanics for "roadside assistance"
We took out a expensive extra breakdown policy with MIS Breakdown +, had a breakdown and nobody answered the phone had to rely on my insurance breakdown cover to pick us up. When finally managed to contact this company they refused to supply us with a replacement car as in our policy because we were not collected by them. Even though they did not answer our call at the side of the road. I would not recommend wasting your money using this service as they are very unprofessional.
