Just don't buy it

Just don't buy it. Unless you want to have problems. The boss Alexander is not normal in the head, this person has very big problems.

The company is on the verge of bankruptcy. This company won't be around much longer. Products Full of bugs and poor support. The extensions for Magento 2 are restrained

You have to be careful with this…

You have to be careful with this company. Never give this company SSH access !!! Upload the files to Mirasvit where you need to edit. My schop would already be completely deleted twice by Mirasvit. In the log files it could be seen that the deletion would be carried out by the SSH user from Mirasvit.

Very aggressive support. The Chef spins and blocks licenses of products and active you again etc.

Better go to the Amasty

Beware of additional support cost

Beware of additional cost as they only provide 3 month support. If you upgrade your magento or download a newer version and it does not work, you need to pay for a minimum of 3 month support (> half of product price) even though it may be a small problem that takes 1 hr to fix. They won't show the negative reviews on their product page either.

Best Magento modules and support you can get!

Best Magento extension provider I have EVER worked with. I have purchased many M1, M2 extensions from Mirasvit over several years.

Usually, their extensions are the least problematic from all our magento extensions. And if there is any problem (rarely, but it happend too), their support is simply OUTSTANDING. They will go the extra mile for you, and will fix incompabilities (with other 3rd party modules), even when it is not their problem... Also our magento Full stack developer likes the code, he always says Mirasvit code is clean and well written.

When I search for Magento extension, I first check if Mirasvit has it. If yes, I buy from them. If no, only then I look elsewhere...

I am running successful Magento eshop for already 10years, starting with Magento 1. During these years I have already used extensions from every popular extension provider for Magento out there...

Awesome support and extensions!

I have been using many of Mirasvit extensions and I am very happy with their functionality.
Mirasvit Team has been super helpful since the beginning and always there in case I need any help.
They are really good partners to work with and very responsive and knowledgeable in case you need support. I find this essential in a business environment.
