Miracle Inside 3D/4D Baby Scan Centre Recensioni 

Went to miracle scan for an early reassurance scan as I had someone bleeding, when I got there all seemed fine, there was someone infront of me so I waited, whilst waiting I needed the toilet so I asked the receptionist if I could use the toilet, she said yes and told me where they were, on my way to the toilet the sonographer came out and the receptionist said I was just using the toilet. I was then called into the room where the sonographer proceeds to put gel on my tummy. Having a quick look he asks if I had just emptied my bladder, his attitude was awful and made me feel like I had done wrong, he told me he couldn’t do a tummy scan and would have to be an internal, baring in mind I had no email telling me this AND the receptionist let me go to the toilet. The whole appointment the sonographer made me feel like I was of an annoyance to him, he had no consideration of the situation I was going through, there was no remorse or respect even after he had told me there was no pregnancy there. I later emailed the company to explain my situation and that I wasn’t happy, I asked if there was anything that could be done, I also informed them I was going through a miscarriage. I later got a reply stating that they don’t offer refunds but can rescan me! This is the most insensitive thing Iv ever heard! They obviously didn’t pay any attention to my email or was just being plain ignorant, I would avoid this company at all costs! They have no emotions or respect for such sensitive situations.

Had my gender scan here yesterday. Came 2 years ago with my first baby and had to came back for my second child gender scan too. All staff was poliet and welcomimg and made conversation and made us feel welcome. Lady who did my scan too was also very nice and was happy to answer all our questions. Will defo come back to do the 4D scan at later date.

Absolutely incredible team. Was treated like a person instead of a client unlike every other scan we have been to before this! We felt so comfortable and happy and the practitioner was so informative and engaging, the prices are incredible too as we got a little gift package with the premium scan which included decaf tea, a bottle and a dummy! I’m never going anywhere else for my private scans.
All the staff even stood there to say goodbye at the end it was not rushed at all, thankyou so so much xxx

Me and my partner booked an early gender scan at 16 weeks. From start to finish it was fab. Baby was being abit of a nuisance and the sonographer spent over the allotted 15 minute slot to make sure we went away knowing the sex of our baby. We also had a sneak peak 4d view which was fab. We purchased the scan video on a USB so we could watch it back whenever we want to, and also a teddy bear with the sound of the babies heartbeat in to give to our little girl when we told her she was having a sister. The sonographer also reassured us that things were looking good overall. Lovely experience, from start to finish- including the girls on reception. Will definitely be back for a 4D scan so we can bring family to see baby further into the pregnancy.

We have used Miracle twice now; and will be returning again for further services. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the services are reasonably priced. They offer a wide range of services and add-ons. Most recent visit we were late due to traffic and it wasn't an issue at all. Thank you.
