A fantastic two weeks

A fantastic two weeks
1) Reception staff- welcoming, friendly and very helpful, especially with an early 3am check out.
2) Car hire desk, as above and reasonable priced
3)Cleaners, Nena and all the pool staff, so diligent and always happy to help
4) Restaurant (s) the food is fantastic and varied, with friendly staff
5) Facilities - fantastic, a large complex that feels intimate
Big shout out to Nena and chef Madeo who work none stop and always had time for a smile,,

Look forward to our return

Not 5 star

We are currently here, approximately just over 24 hors, arrived last night, reception staff, checked us in, forgot to give us resort details until I asked another receptionist how we get to know the resort, but still not been given the app.

Buffet dinner last night, no one to greet us, waiting staff completely ignore you, food what was available was cold.
Room nice but some areas dated.
Breakfast again food cold, but variety.
No beach bar service, you have to walk back up to the bar. Staff not overly friendly, served in plastic glasses or paper cups, not what I would expect from 5 star, and not what I want I challenged it, this evening and was told bar policy unless you ask.
Poor selection of drinks.
In the buffet this evening the table staff didn't even acknowledge us, let alone offer us any water, like others were offered, unacceptable for any star class let alone 5 star.
I'm not sure if the hotel is getting ready to close, if so I would not have booked, would I come again, not with what I have seen so far.
Resort a low 4*
Service /food/drinks a low 3 *
We go all inclusive, but we aren't big drinkers, but I want to feel relaxed on holiday and served, not queuing up for everything.
To top it off we came back this evening, to the bed not even made, even though we left it tidy, I expect the room to look serviced when we get back.
Very disappointed

Décevant

Cet hôtel, est une catastrophe…. Il n’a que le nom de luxueux !! Et les 5*… doivent être vielles…
Le complexe est certes jolie mais dans un état déplorable, transat cassé, des vis qui sortent des plages en bois autour des piscines, vitre cassée, sol de douche en bois pourrie, ligne d’eau verte!!
Le buffet…. La chasse aux assiettes, le même choix toute la semaine, froid et le service lamentable, la plupart des serveurs(se) sont antipathiques.
Très peu de choix pour le all-inclusive.
L’organisateur OclubVOYAGE devrait revoir son partenariat.

Not quite the 5-star experience we expected

We were genuinely looking forward to our stay at Minos Imperial, especially given its beautiful location and advertised amenities. Unfortunately, our experience did not quite reflect the 5-star standard we had hoped for.
The first room we received was far below acceptable conditions;not clean, with signs of wear and a noticeable lack of care. After raising our concerns, we were moved to another room, which we appreciated, but some of the overall issues remained.
In the restaurant, service was inconsistent. Plates were often unavailable, food trays frequently empty, and we had to request basic things like refills or ice multiple times. Tables were rarely set, and guests had to either wait or do it themselves. These small but repeated inconveniences added up and affected the overall comfort.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, though many tried their best. It felt like they were under-resourced and undertrained for the scale of the resort.
While the views and natural surroundings are indeed beautiful, the infrastructure and service level no longer match the luxury image presented online.
We believe the resort has great potential, but it needs stronger management and attention to detail to meet modern expectations of a true 5-star experience.

I sincerely hope the resort takes guest feedback seriously and makes improvements, the setting deserves it.

Very, very poor hotel

My partner and I arrived at this hotel on the 14th of May 2025 for 7 nights and have spent most of our time chasing management to get dangerous repairs completed on a side panel to a hot tub that was loose which was allowing water to go over the electric motors underneath the tub. This was uterly dangerous. Then we have the palaver with the food. Every time we go into the buffet, I have to chase waiters to clear my table so we can even start to think about what we want to eat. Then comes the food. Take this evenings fiasco. We have to go to a particular counter to get wine. There were no wine glasses left, so they gave us bog standard water cups. The chicken was cold, and the fish was overcooked. Ho, they did have fish fingers on the menu, but no children here. This menu is supposed to be designed by a 2* Michelin chef, really??? The hotel offers an A la carte option such as an Italian restaurant. For starters, I chose the mussels. I had about 14 mussels in my bowl, 5 of which were dead. This could have given me severe food poisoning. The rest of the meal was not much better. No wine list, just the usual dribble they serve around the pool on the day. When you complain, you are just met with sheer disinterest. All this under the umbrella of what is advertised as a 5* hotel. If this was being served for a £25 break in Butlins, it wouldn't be so bad, but it's not! It's all being served under the guise of a 5* hotel and 5* prices being paid to come here. Come here at your own risk. You have been warned!!!

What can I say worst hotel stay ever a…

What can I say worst hotel stay ever a travelodge is better!!
We checked out after 2 nights and paid for another hotel, please don’t waste your money or fall for the lovely photos as it’s nothing like that, dirty rooms, unkept dirty communal areas, rude staff, no facilities open, the worst food ever that’s if you can guess what it is as nothing is labelled in the Buffett so no idea what your eating so if you have food allergies it’s a nightmare. Nothing is as advertised no robes or slippers in room no drinks in fridge no tea and coffee making facilities and this was in a suite with grand terrace room so was expecting to get what we had paid for! I can’t stress enough how bad this hotel really is please please please don’t waste your hard earned money as it’s so unfair as you think your booking a dream holiday when actually your booking a living nightmare.

NOT 5 STAR AND NOT LUXURY
I am a very seasoned traveller with my wife to 5 star resorts that are all inclusive including IKOS and sandals and I really don’t want to sound like a snob because I’m just a normal working Man (builder) BUT!
This place is far from 5 star and I without prejudice class this between 2-3 stars at best
Rooms are dirty we had mould
The whole estate is Very run down and has not been maintained
There is no beach manager
There is no room service manager
No turn down service
Room service is charged to your card
Reception staff at night are rude and seem like they really don’t care if you stay or not
No one to greet you upon arrival
If you arrive late they will charge you for food as the ALL INCLUSIVE ENDS AT 11pm
there are additional charges everywhere, it’s not all inclusive
They charge for milkshakes, prawns, a basic pinocloda, steak, the menus are basic, the food is below par
You have to book to eat in an empty restaurant which you would hope the food would be better than the buffet but it’s just as bad
The food hall is like a rat race looking for something decent to eat and sit
They load you with pizza and pasta
And it’s just awful
Most of the bars are closed
The patisserie is closed all the time
The tea and coffee machine in the Buffett area didn’t work
facilities in the room are lower than basic
You get two bottles of water and sachet coffee and tea
I think you would be better of at the Solarna in Benidorm
I could go on and on
I think if you want a holiday where you don’t expect much then this might suit
But I would never come back here even if they offered it for free

Love holiday advertisement is that it’s 5 star luxury and it really isn’t
Please also note love holiday will not assist you in any way shape or form, they will constantly deflect any responsibility and will blame the hotel
They have clearly not been here to vet the resort but love holiday will be lighting quick to take your money and then tell you it’s not refundable or amenable
Con artists in plain sight
We will be taking legal action as it’s that bad

This place is a DIVE and highly recommend YOU DONT VISIT
DONT WASTE YOURE TIME OR MONEY and don’t book anything through love holiday

first time on the crest with the family…

first time on the Crête with the family and certainly not the last. the hotel is large and very well maintained which is already a very good thing. The suite was extremely comfortable and very pleasant to occupy. The buffet is very varied and you really don't miss anything, plus the staff takes great care. the view of the swimming pools and the sea are absolutely more than magnificent! I recommend this magical place to future tenants with my eyes closed and for my part look forward to coming back.

Oh this place is amazing

Oh this place is amazing. So much to do. Room is out of this world. Clean and bright and modern. The food is to die for. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing too much for them. I will definitely be back here. Thank you
