I have used this storage facility more than once through the years as has my sister. It is consistently provides great customer service, an extremely clean and safe environment at competitive prices. I have used another storage facility in St. Louis Park and my belongings came out moldy and I didn't feel that they were particularly safe. I wouldn't consider using anyone else but Bloomington Self Storage and highly recommend them to anyone needing to store their goods for short- or long-term.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is very clean and secure. My overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Minneapolis Storage Centers!

Unable to get elevator to work because the red knob that is to be pulled out was broken off. It appeared to have been super glued previously. Had to find a pliers to pull it out.
When I got down the hall to my unit, the door was open, floor was dirty & ther was a dead bat lying on the floor! Sure hope we don't get histoplasmosis from the bats! Rodent control is a must!!!!!

Should have a later stay open time. 10pm max. M-thurs. But in all love the place .. awesome. Josh. Works at the. Mpls one hes very. Business professional like it.

Its early in the game... i will be out this weekend to use for the second time... i will have more to say after i use next week...

The storage facility is in an old building, but climate is well controlled. There are always large carts available by the elevators. Security is excellent, requiring you to enter your code prior to entry in order to deactivate motion sensor and door alarms. The facility is clean and well-kept.

I was pleasantly surprised with this experience.

I booked my storage unit ahead of time over the phone, got set up quickly and efficiently when I arrived, and was able to pull my vehicle into the facility to make for easier unloading (and helped me avoid the heat that day). Service was friendly, location was secure, and the price was right.

The staff was excellent. Helped pick out perfect size unit. The availability of packing supplies and Uhaul truck was really convenient. I would recommend the facilities to anyone. Thanks for all your help!!

Thye have several pricing options and the place is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Facility is very well managed. I feel it is a safe place to stow my belongings. It is always clean. Any issuers I've had were addressed by management ASAP and communicated with me right away. I highly recommend this facility to anyone with storage needs. It has plenty of room in aisles for moving in too. They do have some carpeted areas that shouldnt have it is the only issue that I see needs to be resolved.

We were looking for storage for our daughter's college stuff, rather than cart it all back from Minneapolis to Chicago for the summer. I chose this location because I found discounts online. I was very pleased with the facility and was given good instructions on how everything works. It was very clean, organized and secure.
