Ordered a Size 7.5/8. Received a 6. Repeated attempts to contact someone via the only way they have to make co tact is with a chat repot. They say they will escalate this but no one does this company is a farce! Do not buy from them.
Order was never received. Only a robot responds. They say they will have their customer support contact you after you type a complaint. Then that's all the response you get after questioning your order. I placed a complaint with the bank to get my money refunded. THIS COMPANY IS VERY POOR.
I placed an order almost a month ago reached out by email and through their website chat and have not gotten anywhere shoes still say processing no shipment info no tracking number just in limbo for a month don’t waste your time or money business is a lie

I recently bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from Ministeps, and we are absolutely thrilled with them! The quality is excellent, the fit is perfect, and most importantly, my little girl is over the moon with her new shoes. She finds them super comfortable and loves wearing them every day. I ordered kids slippers and everything went smoothly. Delivery was quicker than I expected, they arrived in 5 days. I also used the online chat to ask a couple of questions and customer service replied promptly and clearly. Overall, a good and reliable experience.

Dreadful company - says shipping within 9-16 days - that was 2 months ago.
Contact us they say - "our team responds to emails with 24 hours" - No they don't. 3 emails trying to find out about my order have been ignore.
Total scam it seems - avoid like the plague!!!!
Bought their unicorn sandals for my daughter, (ORDER #1058) I received some junk from Aliexpress, they were so bad you couldn't even walk in them, don't buy anything on there shop, you'll get sent some cheap junk.
