Check that all the accessories are in the box.

The product is pretty good and not had any problems with it yet. It cools and heats up the living room like it says. My only problem was that some accessory parts were not included like the manual says it should have. But overall the mini split does a very good job.

WELL FOLKS.... IT'S BEEN A TURE PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH.... MY WHOLE TRANSACTION WENT OFF FLAWLESSLY.. YOU WERE VERY HELPFUL, SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE & GIVING US TRUE DIRECTION.... DELIVERY WAS ALSO AS FLAWLESS... THE TRUCKERS WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL WITH THE DELIVERY...AND AHEAD OF SCHEDULE... SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MINI SPLITS FOR LESS TO FRIENDS & FAMILY.. Detailed and accurate product descriptions!

I needed to replace a remote control for a mini-split system and had the model number. That model number, though, apparently could control systems with different features, and it wasn't until I found this site that I had all of the information that I needed to be sure that the particular version of the remote could work for both heating and cooling functions. Very relieved that chore is finally over, and grateful to MiniSplitsForLess for taking the time to fully describe their products.

Del is still a problem

Del is still a problem. Shipped fed x ground we waited all day Friday 10/10 and it's now 10/12 we are still waiting and fed x has no update on delivery

Am very pleased with the great service…

Am very pleased with the great service from Jenny’s help on making thing happen. Was not at all happy with fedx driver could not find our address even when it’s on a post and our mail box and when they did find it they just dropped the product over the fence into the yard.
