J'ai souscrit à un abonnement a 20€ pour tester, leur IA est intéressante, cependant IMPOSSIBLE de gérer l'abonnement, les prélèvements, paiement, il n'y a aucun réelle interface utilisateur ou de paiement sur leur site. J'ai fait une demande de contact au service client pour régler certains problemes, et une demande de devis pour passer à des offres supérieures mais je ne pense pas avoir envie de dépenser mes 1000€ par mois chez un fournisseur qui ne répond à aucun message en 2 mois

Resultados mediocres y lo peor, aunque se haya pagado por única vez, siguen cobrando mensualmente. Es una estafa imposible de cancelar. El mail de reclamo no existe y desde la plataforma no figura el cobro (y me cobraron ya 4 meses)

They are cheating. I subscribed to MiniMax 2.7 High Speed to use with OpenClaw. In the start it was brilliant and could follow my 13k token instructions and make brilliant analysis, besides that it also did a news triage according to other instructions and did so flawlessly.

Suddenly, around the morning of yesterday, everything changed, it can't follow a basic instruction and the news triage is a chaos.

It's impossible to see what they did behind the scenes, but what it does now can be done better by any model out there.

Is een goede waterontharder die geen elektriciteit en geen onderhoud nodig heeft. Dat hebben ze ons zo gezegd bij aankoop. De zoutblokken die erbij geleverd werden zouden goed zijn voor de komende 10 jaar.
Na 4 jaar zijn alle zoutblokken reeds opgebruikt en moeten we een nieuwe voorraad van deze vrij dure blokken aankopen. Tevens worden we nu regelmatig lastig gevallen, telefonisch en persoonlijk (plots staat er iemand onaangekondigd aan de deur!), om een onderhoudsbeurt te komen doen, terwijl men ons bij aankoop verzekerd heeft dat er geen onderhoud nodig is. Bij vraag hoeveel een onderhoudsbeurt kost, krijg je geen antwoord. Dit lijkt op oplichting.

Je me suis inscrit initialement à une offre à 5 $ le 20 mai 2025. À ce moment-là, l’interface indiquait que le renouvellement automatique était désactivé, et il n’y avait pas d’option claire pour gérer ou annuler l’abonnement. Sur cette base, j’ai supposé que mon abonnement était bien résilié.

À ma grande surprise, ma carte bancaire a continué d’être débitée entre juin et septembre 2025. Pendant toute cette période, je n’ai reçu aucune notification de facturation ni aucune facture.

J’ai contacté l’équipe de MiniMax pour expliquer la situation et demander le remboursement intégral des frais prélevés entre juin et septembre 2025. Malheureusement, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.

Même si 5 $ par mois n’est pas une somme importante, l’absence d’un système clair pour gérer ou résilier l’abonnement, ainsi que la qualité très médiocre du service client, sont vraiment décevantes. Pour ma part, je ne compte plus utiliser les produits de cette marque à l’avenir.

Minimax is one of those that look to be able to give you the world (that's just my feeling as it looks so capable on the surface) but well into your build, you're going to see that it's as flawed as can be like the rest of the coding AI/Agents out there. They are great for "build me a landing page for..." or some small SaaS, but as soon as you want to add on those projects, you better just hire a team of coders and continue from there: basically, good for a startup, really bad for any additions. If you don't stop with the "proof of concept" project you started out with and try and move further with some addons, you are screwed, it's basically FAFO territory after that. You'll be constantly fixing, finding errors which it will finish but it'll add some new feature or change something that results in yet another break down of your project, you'll be constantly plugging wholes, getting nowhere. So safe money and buy the cheapest version if you need to use Minimax and run after you have your proof of concept design, don't let it lure you in with any new features.
