Mini Maestros Music & Movement for 0-5s - Believing in Every Child’s Potential.
What We Do
We want your child to thrive, so we make it easy to support their well-being.
We embrace different learning styles and make learning fun.
We combine wonderful local communities with passionate music teachers, resulting in new friendships and creative, confident and expressive young minds and so much fun and laughter.
What We Want
We want every child to reach the primary school gates confident, excited to learn, and equipped with essential classroom skills and experience. We want every child to push those gates open with a skip in their step and a song in their heart.
Our 3 Step Process to Give Your Child the Best Start:
1. Enrol in a Mini Maestros class.
2. Let our age-appropriate, sequential, inclusive music and movement program provide a nurturing and fun space for you and your child to make social connections, develop confidence and be free to fully self-express.
3. Celebrate and connect with your wonderful local community as you marvel in the positive developments your child makes giving them confidence and sense of well-being.

My grandchild has grown in confidence and absolutely loves Mini Maestros. Cathy is warm, encouraging, and full of charm. She makes every class fun and welcoming. The sessions are thoughtfully structured, full of music, movement, and laughter. Cathy always brings out the best in each child. It is such a joyful, nurturing environment that inspires creativity and helps little ones thrive. We are so grateful for the positive impact Mini Maestros has had on our grandchild’s happiness and development. Highly recommended!

I love watching my kids explore sounds…
I love watching my kids explore sounds using instruments and dancing along with Cathy. Cathy is always happy and helpful. I have twin 1yo's and sometimes it can be hard to manage both of them during activities, but Cathy will always step in and help with one of them, which is really lovely of her

Our Favourite Activity By Far.
Of all the activities/classes we do, Mini Maestro is my ten month old son’s favourite. He is in raptures with Cathy’s songs, he kicks and laughs during the dances and his progress (attempts to crawl/move) has accelerated in the short time We’ve been attending the classes.

Great content
We only managed to get one session in the term due to lockdowns. The session was great and I would rate that one session as 5 star. However, the policy to replace sessions with zoom classes does not seem reasonable for 2-3 year olds. I would definitely be back after we get more clarity on COVID situation and making sure lock downs will not impact the experience.

Thanks for your review Reza and I am glad to hear that the in class session that we managed before lockdown was great and we look forward to welcoming you both back soon.
It is so frustrating for parents of young children that the current difficult circumstances mean that they are missing out on learning in the normal classroom environment. We very much recognise that and that is why the online course and weekly bonus zoom sessions were in place during lockdown so that the continuity and learning and development was not interrupted as much.
The interactive bonus live zoom sessions provided the important social element, designed to be the next best thing to in-person classes in the circumstances. The feedback we have received is that the Zoom classes are providing great benefit to many. Our preference of course is for in-person teaching, but we recognise so that children do not miss out, we must do the best we can in the current situation with online and bonus zoom sessions until we can get back to in person classes.

Best kids class in available
Kathy is a warm entertaining teacher. Every child in the room swoons for her attention. The class is fun and the young kids learn to cooperate as a part of a group. If I hadn’t started a job I’d be booking Iona in again. Well done.

We loved mini-maestros
We loved mini-maestros! Unfortunately we could only attend the three week trial, but my 1 year old enjoyed it. The classes were well structured, engaging, not intimidating for the kids (safe) and we got great activities to do at home.
Would always highly recommend and I'll be signing up as soon as I'm back on maternity leave for bub #2 ;)

Wonderful class for little ones
I have attended this class with 2 of my children and have enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Cathy has a lovely way with the kids with endless patience and enthusiasm. Would highly recommend.
