I think Minicrops is a very human and brilliantly realised idea, which combines sustainable farming with high nutrition, great taste and community spirit. I was impressed by the intense flavours of the mini shoots of broccoli, kale, red basil and other curious varieties worth discovering! I love the ideas on kids menus, as our 5 and 7 year olds are fussy about veggie-troubles, and we've found blending their lunch boxes with small-sized salad stuff already hits the mark!

Healthier and easier than buying tons of vegetables
Delivered to my door. Tasty and way healthier than buying loads of veg. Used it in salads and smoothies so far. Really good communication from the guys as well.

When I heard about MiniCrops I didn't know anything about it. After seeing a few recipes, I decided to try a box, and now I am absolutely hooked!
