Where do I begin... Ordered on the 10th and paid extra for fast delivery and got the bras today. They are at this time in my wheelie bin! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Absolute rubbish! Nothing like the promo video. I wish someone in authority would stop these Chinese imports from the UK! I try to avoid at all costs. But was hoodwinked when said UK after the name, I assumed they came from the UK! Utter rubbish!

Bought a wire stripper and only received 2 blades for a wire stripper after nearly 6 weeks

An absolute scam of a company, Instagram should not be allowed to list their adverts. I ordered glasses, they didn’t arrive, I’ve been fobbed off and fibbed offer, can’t refund as despatched them! They added additional VAT which I queried and they said they had made a mistake and refunded. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a triple set of bras which didn't fit when they eventually arrived. I tried to contact the company to return them only to be told that they are on holiday for 5 days. After this time i contacted them again and after 4 weeks have still heard nothing.

Total rip off, I wish I’d read the reviews first, do not buy from this company, the advertising is intentionally misleading I don’t know how they get away with it.
Please take my advice and buy from elsewhere.

Total scam. out of a 5 piece car electrical set only one item arrived. after weeks 🤬 should be shut down

Definitely a scam site, waited over 3 weeks for a kit, one item arrived of the 6 ordered and they offered a £3 refund!! Laughable, I'd give them zero stars if at all possible

Early January I ordered a nice-looking card for Valentines Day. 2 months later it has still not arrived. They are refusing to provide a refund as they are blaming the courier company. I have asked for a refund but they have refused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The items took forever to arrive, once they did the sizing was all wrong, they were crap at responding, wouldn’t give a full refund, in the end i accepted a partial refund just to try and get something back 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This company deserves ZERO stars. If negative ratings existed, I’d use them. STAY AWAY. Their “guarantee” is a sham — completely meaningless and clearly designed to trick customers.

After wasting my time and money, their grand solution was to offer me £6. An absolute insult.
I genuinely believe this company operates dishonestly, and the fact that PayPal sided with them makes it even worse. Outrageous.

You know when you do something stupid and wonder how you could have done it, well this is one of them those experiences!

I woke and started browsing on fb and saw the frequent advert on these new sift but highly supportive bras. I thought why not, try one and do I clocked purchase…I know I can hear you all screaming at me, why of why would I do it.

Well, it started with the diy or click (Apple Pay) at the price of £12.99, then for some reason I had to confirm after all and that’s when I began…I was suddenly charged £17+. I decided to let it go and just hope that I liked the bra. BUT…on my bank details I saw a ‘zeromirshop’ for £21+ pending. I check Apple Pay and it shows the £17+ I paid…so what was this zermirshop!?

It turns out they are one of the same and it was in fact a scam!!! Thankfully, it wasn’t a lot of money…BUT…once I’d spoke to my bank (fraud department), the Apple Pay amount suddenly changed to the same amount as shown on my banking app with zeromirshop.

Having spoke to the fraud team, the card was immediately cancelled/frozen and the payment wiped from my account.

It appears they were testing my account to see if these small amounts would go without any hitches to potentially take more. Either way, the company is a front for scamming people so please avoid! Should you be too late, contact your bank immediately.

ordered driving glasses in november still not recieved them they will only refund mr 6.37 when i paid 16-60 they say they have to recover the delivery charge HOW CAN THEY DO THIS WHEN I HAVENT RECIEVED THEM SCAM

Awful company, cheap products….AVOID AVOID AVOID. States they accept returns but they don’t. They fob you off

Only one item turned up.
I contacted there customer services who told me to contact the Royal M as il for missing items, the tracking order no was not recognised by Royal Mail, Mini Stores.net will not except items are missing Evan though I have photos of proof.
Do not use any of the mini stores as they are all currupt.

Total waste of money ordered 3 different colours they sent all the same colour. No support at all flimsy material and does not give you any comfort or support. Am waiting to hear back for a full refund. Emailed them got reply they are now on vacation

Regarding their 15 day return policy.. straight up lie. Product not true to size and flimsy and cheap. Avoid at all costs.

*DO NOT BUY FROM MINI STORES* Less than 1 star …. Firstly overcharged which was rectified quite promptly. Then Valentine’s Day present ordered 6 weeks in advance did not arrive. Upon contacting Mini Stores and asking for refund, they refused. They offered to post out another item which was no longer relevant as Valentine’s Day had passed. They refused to refund for an item not received …

Awful they say if any issues the will refund or replacement, I got some non underwired bras supposedly 40 DD/E but they are more like a B cup no way I can fit in them they offered me £2 back placed order in Jan finally received on Feb 13th but no good at all

This is a total SCAM do not purchase anything from them they are just thieves SCAM SCAM SCAM, I have been waiting for a month for my delivery and just get told lie after lie
