The range of activities to suit every emotion, from breathing techniques to meditation, is fantastic. All the instructors are outstanding. I also value the opportunity to participate in live sessions.
Very positive experience with Mindwalk Yoga on demand. There is a wide range of sessions to watch depending on time available, style or area of focus with excellent teachers. I love that there is also meditation & sound baths & an equitable pricing structure.
Love Mindwalk Yoga! They came into my life around the pandemic and I've never looked back! Wonderful suite of practices led by knowledgeable and friendly teachers. I have practiced yoga for >20 yrs, led by instructors from all over the world, with all sorts of practice philosophies. I really love Mindwalk. I really like the instructors. Their voices are soothing. The sequences make sense physically. The practices are problem oriented, so that you can achieve release in a specific part of the body but, also, meditate on an intention. Videos target a range of experience levels. I would not consider any of them advanced; however, many of them are quite challenging. I love the incorporation of sound. Chimes, bells, ambient nature sounds and sound bathes are features of many videos. I also appreciate that there are practices of varying time lengths - 5, 10, 20-30, 40+ minutes, so I can do yoga multiple times a day, when I find a little time and the motivation. I hope I don't become bored with the video catalog. I'm still new to the program, so I don't know how often they add new videos. There is enough here to keep me occupied for several months.

Love Mindwalk Yoga, I have been receiving the newsletters since 2020 due to Covid when working out online was the norm, I was looking for online yoga and found this company. There holistic approach and the recent link to the sound bath are immersive and so energising and grounding. I'm not looking to cancel my membership despite the return to the norm. I enjoy completing the classes in the comfort of my home where is my greatest sense of peace, perfect. 🙏🏽

I've done a few of the online classes in the past year and have loved in particular the sound bath ones. I always feel a calm and peaceful vibe whichever class I've logged on for. Very reasonably priced too.

This is a space that is open to all levels and abilities. As a disabled woman of colour I have found getting to accessible classes difficult. Mindwalk Yoga has been a game changer. I can choose to do live classes, where the teachers and other members have all been welcoming, accepting and helpful, or any of the many on demand classes for however I am feeling at that time. it is flexible and I can even take classes of different durations depending on how I am feeling and the time I have.
The yoga Nidra has been amazing for improving my sleeping!
I even managed to attend a live class held in an accessible venue
All at a price that's extraordinary value for money.

I ordered gift packs of meditation and yoga recordings for family who were stress rich, energy poor and in need of some movement practice at home.
