They never sent the item. No reply to emails. Had to escalate the case to PayPal.
Stock shows available and are selling stuff they don’t have available.

Leider keine Ware bekommen, nach einer Woche, obwohl Lieferung am Folgetag sein sollte. Email abgeschaltet. Keine Rechnung, nur Bestellbestätigung. Bitte Vorsicht, Shop scheint Fake zu sein.
Unterirdisch dieser Shop. Finger weg um sich Ärger zu ersparen. Ich habe über die große Plattform Ebay einen Artikel bestellt. Ich habe Lieferung mit DHL an eine Postfiliale gewählt und extra Lieferkosten dafür bezahlt. Und zwei Tage nach Ablauf des zugesagten Termins versendet der Shop dann mit DPD. Und nach 2 Wochen habe ich die Ware immer noch nicht weil angeblich eine Adressangabe fehlt. Meine Ware liegt da immer noch bei DPD im Shop kümmert sich niemand darum bzw. Sagt man mir wenn ich den Artikel zurückschicke bekomme ich meine Erstattung. Doch ich hab ja nix geliefert bekommen.
Wie bei meinen Vorrednern.Keine Ware.Keine Kommunikation.Vollkatastrophe!!!Man könnte meinen einem Fake Shop aufgesessen zu sein.Das dachte ich nach der ersten Woche ohne Nachricht ohne Lieferung tatsächlich.Am 31.1. bestellt.Bis heute 18.2. weder eine Lieferung noch eine Nachricht das man den Lieferverzug bedauert.Und ich scheine ja kein Einzelfall zu sein.Lest die Bewertungen!!

An 10.11 bestellt ich ein Artikel - laut Info.art auf Lager sofort lieferbar ( 2 - 3 Tage ).Nach zwei Woche auf meine Anfrage habe ich Antwort bekommen - noch zwei Woche warten - Problem mit Lieferung .Wieder zwei Woche sind weg - Gestern nach Tel .Gespräch - kein Termin - warten und heute Info mein Bestellung ist störniert.
Auf d.Seite von Mindtecstore Artikel weiter ist zum bestellen mit sofortige Liferung .D.Firma das ist eine große Lüge - nie mehr etwas da bestellen
Warte schon über einen Monat auf die Ware !!!

Ware wurde ordnungsgemäß retourniert, doch seit über zwei Wochen keine Rückerstattung. Trotz Telefonat und mehrfacher Nachfrage keine Reaktion. Kommunikation schleppend, Abwicklung unprofessionell. Leider keine Empfehlung.
MindTec Store, reagiert auf nichts, keine mail, telefonisch nicht erreichbar.
Artikel nicht Lieferbar, keine Info vom Anbieter bis ich mal nachfrage. Lieferzeit statt 1 Tag jetzt 1 Woche oder 1 Monat, je nachdem wann er wieder vorrätig ist!
I ordered a product from MindTecStore in November 2024 for around €200, which was marked as “in stock” at the time of purchase. According to their site, it should have been delivered by mid-December, but it never arrived.
The order status stayed “Not shipped yet” for months, while the product page later changed to “Currently out of stock” — clearly showing that the item was not truly available when I paid.
I contacted the seller multiple times by email and on their website, but received no meaningful reply. In February, I sent them a formal escalation message asking for a delivery deadline or compensation — again, no response, no explanation, no apology.
Eventually, I had to file a PayPal dispute to recover my money.
✔ Use PayPal only – never pay directly with a credit card
✔ Don’t trust the “in stock” label – it may be misleading
✔ If you don’t get a response within days, escalate fast
✔ Open a PayPal case after 30 days with no progress
This company is completely unresponsive and unreliable. Don't waste your money and time like I did.
