Have worked with Phil and mightsightsport for a number of years. When Phil has delivered age specific and level specific talks and workshops to English, Irish and American football teams.
The workshops have always provided good value for the players and coaches and have always been noted as a real positive during the tours that we deliver.
Mindsight are professional and passionate and that really comes across in the interactions before during and after we have used them.
Phil has been working with our youth football team for over a year now, and wow what a game changer it has been since his introduction.

Phil is great to work with and helps when you need it, the course is great information for on and off the pitch and has help me improve coaching with my own players would highly recommend.
Working with Phil when I was his assistant coach and learning from him during my mindset coaching course certification has been very insightful and fulfilling. I would 100% reccommend anyone who is considering working with him to do so as he has very extensive knowledge on improving your mindset while also having the ability to connect on a very human level.
Phil is a great speaker and listener. I have always felt he takes your best interest at face value and is a great person.
Mindsight coaching at its best, helped me out in the past and got my football confidence up. Going thru a bit of a rough patch again and the sessions have been great helping me get back to my normal self in the pitch playing with confidence again. Helpful inside and outside the pitch.
