Useless AI generated app. Nothing you can't figure out on Google. Which is where this app pulls its data. Paid 1.99 for my report (which was written by a child), then next thing I've been billed 29.99 AUD. I never created an account, nor set up a subscription. So be careful. They will take your details from Google play and bill you when they feel like it. Don't waste your time with this. Absolute joke

Don’t trust these guys. This an absolute scam! Paid $1,99 once for a test and they charged me again $19,99 a week later for a “subscription”. Don’t get fooled.

THIS IS A SCAM. Paid $2.99 for a one off test. They then took $29.99 for the month as a monthly subscription. Managed to cancel the subscription but they wouldn't refund me the $29.99. DON'T TOUCH IT.

This is a pure scam as you get to pay for a one time service and then they automatically subscribe you because they have your payment details. They don’t have any other service they rendered but they deduct your money after 7 days.

I see that I'm not the only one experiencing the scam of those people. I paid 2.99 $ for an online test and some time later they booked now 29.99 $ because of an subscription I never said yes to.

This is a scam website. You think you are paying 2$ and you end up subscribing for a service which is very hard to cancel. It can be canceled only by email and that depends on whether they reply.

This is a scam.
You pay a one off fee to access report so it's not free as they say it is. And once you add your payment after 7 days they charge you for a monthly fee subscription. When you try to cancel there's no way to cancel unless you block them in your credit card. Stay away.

And on top of that they flag your review as fraudulent.

Trustpilot, you need to check that you have only reviews that state the same exact thing. So there's a pattern. You need to flag them, and not the reviews.

Do not use mindmetric. They will rob you. If you have used them, make sure you email them straight away to cancel your account. After 7 days they will take a €18 subscription fee that you are not aware of until it's too late

Not at any given point did they say that you had to pay to unlock your answers. did their stupid test and THEN found out that I had to put in my credit card to get results. I hate websites like these

This isn't just sneaky subscription; it is absolute fraud. I paid $2.99 for a ONE-TIME test. Their pricing specifically says $2.99 ONE TIME. A month later I was charged $29.99 for an ongoing subscription. I did not sign up for an ongoing subscription. If I try to log in to cancel the so-called subscription, it says there is no account under my email address.

Ich wollte nur die Resultate für meinen Test kaufen und plötzlich hatte ich eine Subscription die mir 20.- abgezogen hat. Ich wollte mich abmelden aber online steht dafür soll man dem Support schreiben. Habe ich gemacht aber nichts passiert. Habe 5 Mails geschrieben und jetzt ist ein Monat um und schon wieder wurden mir 20.- berechnet. KATASTROPHE!! WAS SOLL ICH MACHEN??
