Had problems and they made it right.
Fast processing and shipping.
I wouldn't say its worth $700, its made of weak press wood.
The reviews on the website are very misleading.
Also came in with broken taped box. A few pieces had scratches and dents. They did offer options to fix the problem. Which was very appreciated.

We really like our bed/ missing part of order
We really like our bed. It was easy to put together and durable. However the educational posters were missing from my order. They were listed on the packing slip but not included.

Would not recommend..Ordered a floor bed end of November for delivery end of December. Delayed due to production issues to March and just told me end of Feb delayed again until May! Want a refund and not patient anymore.

Can't Replace Missing Bolt
Editing to update: after this review someone from Mimibeds did reach out, they explained that due to manufacturing there can be delays in delivery of replacement parts.
I am happy to say that we have finally received the missing bolt (actually got 9 of them, so if anyone else needs one let me know to avoid the 2 month manufacturing delays)!
The company also offered us a $50 refund which we accepted and received promptly.
The bed has been fully assembled, the gate latch is a little flimsy and our little one has been able to unlatch the top latch, but not the bottom one, so will be reinforcing it moving forward. Overall happy with our purchase and experience.

The bed arrived relatively promptly. The mattress came first, a couple weeks later the bed frame arrived. When I found that a bolt was missing we emailed this "proud Canadian company" and it has been 3 weeks of them "working on it". If this is truly a Canadian company you'd think they could just go to the warehouse and send me a bolt so I can build the bed. So disappointed and frustrated. Save your money and support someone who is actually making things in Canada if you can.

Little Dreamer Bed
Delivery was problematic because our order came at 3 different times and not on schedule, but customer service at Mimi Beds helped resolve it. My granddaughter loves the Little Dreamer floor bed though. It’s been great for co-sleeping and supporting her growing independence. It seems to be made with high quality materials and came with clear instructions and everything needed for assembly. We recommend it!

Okey/good experience overall
Okey/good experience overall. Good customer service, quick response. The bed looks nice visually but had a bit of a strong smell of paint or something. It took about 3 days to air out the room. There were a few spots where the paint was missing or patching but it’s was not super noticeable after we’ve assembled it fully. Also the wood was cracking a bit when we were tightening the bolts but we might have put touch force.
Overall there were some flaws but the assembled construction seems sturdy and visually pleasing plus our daughter loved it.

Beautiful and amazing product
Beautiful and amazing product. Easy to build and looks really good. Transitioned the baby at 6 months into this big crib like bed and it’s been perfect.
Only problem we had was with delivery but the company was very good to make follow up with the carrier and eventually we received the product.

Now the bed shows up , the box is ripped, wet and looks like its from a second hand .my heart is broken . I recently purchased this convertible…
I recently purchased this convertible crib for our baby, and overall, I’m really impressed! It arrived well-packaged with clear instructions, and all the pieces fit together solidly. The solid wood construction feels premium and secure, with no wobbling or cheap particle board vibes. We’ve had it set up for a few months now, and it’s holding up beautifully.
The only area where I think the manufacturer could do a better job is with the crib door (side gate) fasteners and alignment to the frame. The door mechanism works fine and feels secure once engaged, but the alignment isn’t always perfectly flush right even after trying to make sure all the other parts are assembled according to the manual, the fasteners/hardware could be a bit more well designed for plug and play.

Not sturdy and unsafe for children
The bed looks nice, but it is very unsteady and not tall enough. The mattress does not fit properly, leaving a gap on one side where my daughter’s foot could easily get stuck. For safety reasons, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We recently got the Dream Raft floor…
We recently got the Dream Raft floor bed for our toddler, and it's been a game-changer. My son just loves it—he's so excited every night and spends tons of time playing, reading, and lounging in it during the day. He falls asleep quickly and sleeps soundly through the night, looking super comfortable and relaxed the whole time.
The materials are above expectations: solid wood that feels premium and well-crafted, with a beautiful natural finish that matches our home perfectly. No cheap vibes here—it's sturdy and clearly built to last.
Setup was very easy too. The instructions were straightforward, and it only took me about 30-45 minutes with basic tools—no major headaches.
Huge thanks to Mimi Beds for creating such a wonderful Montessori-inspired bed that promotes independence while keeping things safe and fun. Highly recommend to any parent transitioning to a floor bed!

So far things are not going well
So far things are not going well. I ordered the bed in November and have had to hound the company to find out if it is coming. Apparently the bed is with purolator but I have my doubts. The company said they will not refund me as it is in transit.

Works for now
I like the look of the bed and does what I need for a reasonable price. However, the bed is not as sturdy as I was hoping for. Like other reviews have said, the bed will be especially wobbly when the gate is removed in the future. The slats were also pretty thin and don't feel sturdy.

Great customer service
Ordered the bed Jan 14 by Jan 21 it wasn’t here but I had shipping label with no updates, emailed Mimi Beds that day got a prompt response and within minutes of that Canpar (courier) updated status and bed was here by the 26th would have been the 23rd but snow storm. Absolutely love the bed enough space for me to lay in when my little one isn’t feeling good, definitely recommend!

For the price I was expecting a good customer service. The company does not have a working phone number, they do not reply emails and my bed shows delivered in QC regardless of my address being in Ontario.
Not sure if I should right away ask for a refund because this whole experience has been terrible. There is no confirmation of when I should receive my items.
They do not reply emails, but I do hope they reply a bad review.

Meh I don’t recommend
I love the design. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the quality, especially for little ones. There were many wood splinters, so I had to sand them down. Another concern is that the gate will be wobbly when we remove it.
Additional: Reached out like they aid and no reply. Seems like they don’t check their emails or care!
