Mimi and Bee Fabric is an online fabric shop. We are a family run business specialising in high quality quilting cottons, soft squishy brushed cottons, cotton lawns, rayons and other gorgeousness fabrics. I have a passion for fabric and am a total lost cause fabricaholic just like you! I only buy fabrics that I personally like so I guess my shop is a representation of me, that's why you will see excessive amounts of animal fabrics lol!! Visit our shop for great quality fabric for children's clothes, pet accessories and patchwork quilt supplies. We also stock haberdashery. My sewing journey began when I was small and when I was in my 20s I made lots of clothes for my daughter. This led to a small sewing business, firstly making children's clothes I still love making these today and then later I made vintage styles skirts which you can still see on Instagram @mimandbeeboutique. I have always loved buying fabric, but often felt disappointed in the presentation when fabric arrived because I feel that buying fabric is like buying a present for yourself. Little girls dress day
Dawns sawing workshops are fabulous, she is so patient teaching us how to sew, it’s an interesting day you learn a lot. The material is excellent quality. I would highly recommend it.

I attended the Absolute Beginners…
I attended the Absolute Beginners sewing course. Dawn was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I learnt so much in the 3 hours that I was there and I would highly recommend any course at Mimi and Bee Fabric.

The BEST!
Me and my partner attended a sewing workshop for beginners with Dawn from Mini & Bee and we had the most amazing time! Dawn was very knowledgeable and so lovely, we really appreciated how Dawn showed us the mechanisms behind the sewing machines and showed us how to rectify any mistakes we had made. We both came out with a tote bag that we made ourselves, this was such a nice aspect of the class! Also got a discount on my yarn purchases after the class which was unexpected and a lovely surprise! Will absolutely be back for more workshops, fabrics and yarn 💕

Mimi and Bee's are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've bought fabric there and Dawn was so helpful. I've taken part in 2 of the workshops. Both were friendly and helpful. There were people with different skill levels, but I think everyone learnt something off someone else, as well as the tutor.

Fast and efficient service,came beautifully packaged and the fabric had been pressed which makes all the difference to be able to just sew with. Fantastic little company will definitely use again.

Highly Recommend, 5⭐️
Highly recommend for any beginner to sewing like me. Dawn is very easy to learn from & has such a calm energy when teaching/running a workshop. Very fun and interesting, I will definitely be back and she makes me was to continue my sewing journey & improve my skills.

Bunting Workshop
