Getting our 1st full electric estate was a wonderful experience. Ben Healy from Just Drive Leasing made us an offer, surprisingly on Sunday morning (some people just tend to you right away as we had requested the quote on Saturday evening, the night before, not even expecting it until Monday) we could not turn down. Beating all other companies by a mile on a full electric Exclusive MG 5 estate westminster silver car with 8k miles per year lease deal with an express delivery and contracting so conveniently digital and easy that it was more simple than ordering goods from Amazon. I first made contact with Inese back in March 2021 when looking to sort a lease for my new car. Inese dealt with initial enquiries excellently - always prompt and always looking after my needs as a customer. The price offered was competitive and so I went ahead with an order.

In July, when the car should’ve been ready, there was a delay due to a global shortage of parts. Inese communicated with me throughout, helping me to secure my previous vehicle for a longer period. She went above and beyond at this point to get me a good deal on my current vehicle with a guaranteed sale for when my new car would arrive. Due to poor service from the company with whom my previous vehicle was under, I was almost without a car. Inese made sure this did not happen.

The new car was due early December and the guaranteed sale of my previous vehicle held up, but wasn’t as competitive as other buyers were offering. Inese found me a buyer closer to the other offers so that she could deal with both the delivery of my new car and the sale of my old car and made sure I could get maximum equity out of my previous vehicle. Late on a Friday evening, Inese herself made the four hour drive, eight hour round trip, to deliver my new vehicle to me and to take my old vehicle away to complete the sale. Again, going above and beyond, making me feel like a very valued customer.

Inese’s customer service over the last nine months has been second to none and I’m very grateful that I had such a competent and professional individual dealing with my new lease. Everything was easy and well communicated and I will be back in touch with Inese in 18 months to arrange my next vehicle.
