We are sorry to hear you haven't noticed a difference. How often did you apply the cream? We do recommend a minimum of twice a day, morning and night, with more applications throughout the day in the beginning. Milkweed Balm does have a cumulative effect. Meaning the more consistent you are in using it, over time you can use less and less to soothe the pain.

Horrible Customer Service
The lead time or expected delivery date for the item I purchased was not shown anywhere on the company website or the order acknowledgment I received. When I called the company to get the expected delivery date, the person in Customer Service said there was only one person who could answer my question and that she would be out of the office for another week. A totally unacceptable response! When I pressed harder for an answer she finally transferred me to someone who could answer my question. This company needs to work on their training.

A bit of magic?!?
Honestly, I’m not sure how or why it works, but it does relieve/lessen the pain I feel in my knees. I’m so happy that I requested and received the free sample!! I will definitely be buying more!!!!!

To my surprise it works !!!
I was having stabbing pains in my hands in the palms and fingers were hurting all from my medicine I take for breast cancer so I ordered the small one figuring what did I have to loose I was taking 800 mg of Motrin daily to try to help . As soon as I got the lotion I started using it and was amazed I don’t have the neuropathy in my palms at all anymore and fingers are tons better so thankful to have found the milkweed balm just ordered my second jar the large one
