DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM MILK-- I am on the phone now with American Express to file a dispute. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped according to their tracking . My credit card was charged the day I placed the order!!!

Sent in a shirt according to their customer returns policy a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back. The link to their tracked parcel returns label also claims to not have this company on record. It's not worth the risk.
The quality of the skirt I ordered is excellent. The fabric is high quality and very comfortable, and shipping was fast. It’s surprisingly stretchy and elastic, and although it says it’s a low waisted skirt, it can certainly be worn high waisted so keep that in mind.
My only gripe was that it’s a bit too big, so I will be ordering a smaller size. I didn’t expect the band of the skirt to be very stretchy and flexible, so if I would have known that I would have gotten a size smaller than I did.
Unique and high quality clothing in a time of fast fashion. So happy I found this brand!
Je porte plainte pour escroquerie car j'ai commandé un manteau au début décembre 2022 que j'avais payé en carte bleu la somme a été prélevé sur mon compte et par la suite il m'ont dit qu'ils étaient en rupture de stocks suite à ça j'ai demandé un remboursement de la somme quil avaient prélevé après plusieurs relance je n'ai pas eu de réponse satisfaisante. Ni Argent ni manteau
Placed my order twice from this website and got cancelled each time the item i wanted to order kept showing in stock and then when i placed the order i got a confirmation saying the order is confirmed then the next day get a cancellation email also with the money being taken from my account which I received a couple of days after. Honestly might just be my experience but i wouldnt order from here again just be disappointed. Their clothing items show in stock when they dont even have the item available. I personally would not purchase anything from this website or their ragged priest website as both websites of theirs have this issue.

Wanted to exchange jeans size and no response from customer service , also the phone just rings and no answer. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now and can’t contact them or received anything.
Update: still no answer from them and they don’t pick up the phone
Very poor customer service. I sent an email days ago, would even dare to say more than a week, regarding my recent purchase and have not received any response. Not to mention I still have not received my package, which, again, was ordered days ago.
