Excellent service!
Very understanding and always readily available anytime we have some questions/clarifications especially as a first home buyer having limited knowledge of the market. Patiently guided us in tidying up our bank statements in preparation for the mortgage application up until the settlement and still in contact post settlement.

New home owner for the first time
Supreet Mahey was doing an amazing job by helping me and 2 sons to get our own house for the first time. I was truly grateful for the time and effort that he offer to my family. He always supports us no matter what. The number 1 thing about him, very patience! Without him we couldn't make this far. From our hearts we are really really happy. So Mike Pero is the Best!

Wonderful and stress free experience
We had wonderful and stress free experience working with Supreet. He is amazing and always respond to the queries ( even the silly ones). The best part is that Supreet also educate you about the process and provide several options. Even though we were overseas, Supreet made it very easy and smooth for us to refinance our property. Highly recommend.

What we thought was a straightforward…
What we thought was a straightforward mortgage application became quite complicated due to joint lending liabilities. Supreet worked through all the steps and bank requirements and was fantastic in his communication with me. Loan approved and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Supreet again or recommend him to anyone as a great mortgage broker. Steve
