We came to Mike Pero Mortgages after a disappointing experience with another mortgage broker. We were wanting a new build house and to either rent out or sell our existing one. Where the previous broker gave us mixed messages and left us confused, Scott was clear, knowlegable, logical, and positive, making it all seem easy. We're now all approved, signed up, and on our way. Having previously wondering whether using a mortgage broker was a good idea at all, we now know that if you have the right one then it definitely is. Thanks to Scott and the team at Mike Pero!
