Recently Mani Faletanoai saved our house. Our family had been going through problems with the refinancing of our house and Mani offered to help. He spent countless hours over the last few months supporting us through every process and ensuring we understood everything along the way. Thanks to his hard work we were able to refinance our house to a bank with better interest rates and are able to move back into our house. We highly recommend Mani, he is hard-working and there’s no doubt he will go above and beyond for you and your family.

First of all, I would like to give thanks to the Lord for he has done for us. Last not least, l wanted to say a big thank you to Mani Faletanoai for his kind work and his loving heart. Mani was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got my 2 bed house that I love. He is a great communicator even calling at 9pm at night. I'm a first home buyer and Mani introduced me to all sorts that I'd never heard of that helped me over the line e.g having a back up offer ready when the existing offer fell through. My bestie told me to call Mike Pero Mortgages, when I started my venture in search of a home of my own!! Not sure how, but I think I was put through to Mani's line :)
It has been nearly two years, if not more since I have been harassing Mani for help to sort my life out ... it was a YaY then Nay, then more Yay then Nay, this is because of my terrible ability to budget and bad spending habits and now, finally! Here I am, well We, finally, We have the best debt of a lifetime!!! I can finally say I am a homewoner!! Settlement Day is today :) With soo much thanks to All of Mani's patience and hard work in securing my good man and I, a mortgage, a home! Through the ups & downs, my on the last hour of Friday calls, and on the last second to logging off for the day and week, Mani was always so helpful and kept my motivation to Not give up on ever owning a home!!

Mani was a complete star in helping us to secure lending with our new house purchase. With both Covid slow-downs and with the new onerous current lending restrictions imposed by the banks we hit a few hiccups along the way but Mani stayed positive and persevered to get us where we needed to be. Mani helped us right from the start - with advice on communicating with realtors - to setting up a home loan with three purchasers - which involves a huge amount of communication - not an easy task. He found us a lender when the banks said no - secured a deposit loan - then navigated us through the numerous amounts of paperwork - organised insurances - right through to liaising with the 3 lawyers involved. He even went as far as to help the settlement go through at the very last minute - while on annual leave and whilst taking his partner to hospital - via laptop in the hospital car park!!!
I can 100% recommend Mani - his dedication and commitment has been second to none. His communication skills are outstanding as is his kind and caring nature.

My story.

I am a single mum working full time and I was struggling to get into the property ladder. After saving for an awhile I went to a few mortgage brokers who told me I was never going to get into the property ladder with the amount of savings I had. I spoke to my sister who is based in Auckland and my sister passed me Mani’s detail. Since day one I started to speak to Mani he was very kind and helpful.
