As a very busy working mother, time and all the paperwork (especially for my 1st home purchase, with minimal knowledge) would have been very challenging to get around. Engaging with Mike Pero, made it very simple, as they took all that stress off me. I had peace of mind, knowing that knowledgeable experts are handling all the processes including the insurance and lawyers. I was able to concentrate on my work, family and personal matters as usual, without major interruption.
As a new 1st time buyer, I had a million questions about.... just everything, some of them popped up in the middle of the night or weekends, but I was able to get all my questions answered very promptly, no matter how silly they were.
They were (and still are) very friendly, involved and supportive.
It definitely made my experience much easier.
Above all, the service was absolutely FREE! I must admit, in today's world, that felt very strange.
