Gary helped us with the purchase of our first home. As we had no prior purchasing experience, we relied completely on Gary to assist us with setting up our mortgage. His knowledge and expertise helped us to make a well informed decision when it came to selecting a lender.

Gary helps me understand the numbers and how they will impact on my budget. He offers suggestions I would not have thought about. He is knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Gary at Timaru's Mike Pero was professional and had what would have been a very complicated process with the application to a new home was well under control. There was always something additional to add to the application from the banks side and it was dealt with rapidly from Gary's side. Home loans can be a difficult process, especially in todays', near impossible climate. I felt I had the best possible outcome with the home loan I had applied for. My thanks to Gary and the team.
