I’ve had 2 sessions with Piotr in our unpack sessions doing breath work which went crazy deep, a complete journey that Piotr comfortably and thoroughly puts you through to face who you really are. I was a complete beginner to breath work but ever since doing it with Piotr I now realise the importance breath work has on our health and body. Apart from the sessions, Piotr is a great guy to work with, he’s the most kindest and loving soul I’ve ever met and without a doubt you will feel comfortable around him no matter what. I had the pleasure of participating in several breathwork sessions with Piotr, including a half-day workshop. Throughout these sessions, I felt completely in good hands, thanks to his passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
I wholeheartedly trust Piotr and am incredibly grateful to have met this wonderful being and gained a friend on my journey.

I met my future self
I was never much into breathwork but then I met Piotr and decided to give it a try.
I was part of a 3-hour experience, Unpack Yourself. Surprisingly, I saw my future self. She told me to keep going and reassured that I am on the right path. Connecting to my breath really allowed to go deep. I needed it.
Piotr creates a very calm and safe container with his voice. In such a space, anything is possible. You just need to lean in and trust.
