We ordered a bag and it never came even though their shipping showed it delivered. They were responsive at first but once I asked for a refund, they stopped responding. I was able to get a refund through Paypal. I don't think that anyone who orders from them, actually receives their package.
Ordered a bag over a month ago. Said it was delivered to the wrong address. Once I wrote customer service they said they had the wrong address and corrected it and sending me a new one. I haven’t received it and now they won’t respond to my emails. Place is a joke.
Company is a SCAM. Ordered a bag from them. At first they would respond to my emails, however, once I told that I never received the bag, they immediately stopped responding. They still have not responded and it has been a month now.
Never received my items. This website is a scam how can we get their business shut down? My packages said out for delivery from March31 -April 10 it said delivery successfully and I spent $127.00 with this company. I called the phone is not in service I have emailed them four times and every time they say we are working on your claim ticket and we will reach back out to you when we have more information. Please don’t be a FOOL LIKE ME AND BUY FROM THEM!!!
