First order shipped immediately and arrived in the US promptly. Regular updates. Second order shipped immediately but unfortunately got hung up in Customs due to tariff confusion. But Mieyes kindly explained the situation so at least I knew what was happening.

The drop were never delivered.
UPS says they were lost.

This item is very expensive in the US, but my eye specialist told me to look online. I was very happy to find it easily, and it arrived in a very short time.

Their customer service was excellent. My surgeon had said that my delivery would be received within 1 to 3 days, which I was counting on since I was leaving for vacation. However it took 9 days to reach me, despite my paying for expedited shipping. However, when I explained this to the customer service person they refunded my shipping fees. Obviously this is more affordable for those of us who live in the United States. I was impressed with both the product and the company and appreciate their willingness to help their customers.

I could not be more satisfied starting with the price which was incredible. In addition, the delivery process was monitored all the way through and I was updated every day.
