Very helpful customer service I had an issue with one of the units. I messaged the company direct via instagram and they sorted my order within a week. Will definitely recommend and buy again from this business.

Disappointed
The product ordered (Audi A3 headunit) is ok, but it only shipped with 2 ‘keys’ needed to release the oem unit (not 4 as described and needed) which was a pain and the steering wheel controls and rear speakers dont work now. Customer service has been non responsive. I would not buy again or recommend this company to others.

Please DO NOT buy from Midnight Performance!! Scammed my son out of £130. Did not send goods and do not respond to emails. Stated they sent and Royal Mail are to blame and need to take it up with them. Then did not reply to any emails, very upset 17 year old. Bank are now involved! Buy at your own risk!
Their reply is an utter joke, emailed them 4 times and no response. Said it’s for us to claim against Royal Mail. You are a scammer as you know it’s you that needs to sort it out at your end! Funny as you set up on trust pilot and you have already had two negative reviews out of four. As before DO NOT BUY! You will be disappointed!

Hi, we are very sorry you haven't received your order. Could you send us your order number so we can check this out. Have you sent the email to the correct email address? We also have our Instagram clearly stated on our website which you can also contact us on it is @midnightperformanceuk. When you get a chance contact us and we'll get this sorted out.
Also a tracking number is send with every order so to claim that we scammed you is a complete and utter lie as there is proof of us sending out our products. We cannot take blame for what the delivery service does yet we still take it upon ourselves to rectify their issues.
And also think if a business was there to scam people why would they setup a trustpilot profile and allow customers to share reviews wouldn't that counteract them trying to scam people?
Waste of time / money
Headunit doesn’t “lock in” and falls out, even after doing the adjustments that the company recommended. Also, the sound quality is not nearly what it should be especially since my car is equipped with “Bose”…and yes I paid for the adapter harness. Sound quality is so inconsistent and volume & bass jump around without me touching the controls. A refund would be nice honestly…

Hi, we're extremely sorry you've had this experience. We did respond to your email and gave advice to rectify this issue but received no response. From everything you had described they are all down to an installation error and not a system error.
We're not sure which mechanic installed the unit but we definitely recommend a professional to install our system.

All of these issues you are having are very simple to fix we'll talk you through how to do it correctly
So for the fitment of the unit the 4 metal tabs are what hold it in place these are adjustable to make it a tight fit. Now for the sound quality that is down to the source of your music and in regards to bass and volume adjustment will only change to what you set them to. Unless maybe you have a faulty device connected via usb/aux which is altering the settings. To adjust the sound settings go onto the amplifier and adjust them to suit your preferences. If you have any other issues contact us and we'll be happy to help.
