We want to address this review clearly, as it is both misleading and nonsensical.

The customer in question was fully refunded once they reached out. At no point was money taken without resolution. We routinely issue refunds when a customer is dissatisfied or when expectations are not aligned.

All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase, with no hidden fees. Claiming surprise at the cost after completing checkout does not reflect how our platform operates.

This review does not describe an actual service failure, nor does it reflect the outcome of the transaction, which was resolved via a refund. As such, it does not provide useful or accurate information to future customers.

We encourage anyone with real concerns to contact our support team directly so they can be handled properly instead of posting exaggerated or baseless claims publicly.

My product key didn't work and i made a ticket on their discord. I got a reply within 30 seconds and they gave me a new key that worked. (Memesense)
