ordered on the 26th September for next day delivery.
DTP driver arrived at the surgery while i was at lunch and refused to leave parcel (urine dip sticks) had to be myself that signed even though other nurses and staff available. Returned the next day on my day off and refused again as i was not here. I phoned customer service who were very helpful and hopefully will be delivered tomorrow.

Excellent service, but one hiccup on the payment method.
Easy to find what I wanted on the website, which provided full details of the item.
Excellent delivery - arrived next day.
Only one minor point: in the order system I was not offered any choice of payment method, but was inserted into a Paypal screen. I don't use Paypal regularly, and on this occasion it involved a lot of account resetting, proof of ID, etc.
In fact, I was on the verge of quitting and buying somewhere else, but persevered.
The excellent delivery outweighed this annoyance sufficient to still give 5 stars.

Order delay
Not recieved order that was meant to be an overnight delivery. Now 48 hours passed.

Thank you for taking the time to review us and we're really sorry you didn't have a good experience with us - this is not something we want our customers to feel at all.
On looking into your order, I can see it was placed on Friday and despatched the same day, but Standard Delivery is 2-3 days, though this is *usually* next working day. We do offer guaranteed Next Day Delivery, but this is only available Monday-Thursday. I can see the courier tried delivering yesterday at 10.05 and it's due again today. I will ask the team to let you know the time slot and look at the messaging on the website so it's clearer for customers.
