Haven’t received it

This was supposed to ship may 2nd and arrive may 7th. It’s the 10th and I’ve had no confirmation of if or when this will be shipped out

Bad customer service and broken product

I received the dresser and when I opened the box there were many broken pieces. The bottom was not fully attached and two drawers were not functional. I emailed to request a refund. I received an email back requesting pictures of the broken items. I supplied those pictures then nothing. Haven’t heard back. I replaced the broken drawer slides myself and braced the bottom. It would have been easier to buy from ikea and put the thing together myself. Save yourself the trouble and piss poor customer service and buy somewhere else.

Love the chairs

Love the chairs. They were delivered and set where I wanted them. I now have 8 of them and I think they are very well made.

I got a awesome couch

I got a awesome couch! I was looking for something sturdy but still comfortable enough to have a good movie night with friends.
The couch is deep and wide enough that I am able to sprawl out a not have to worry about my feet hanging over or constantly feeling like I'm close to the edge of the couch!
I like the fact that I got to see the couch in person and test it in their Houston showroom. I like the fact that the warehouse worked with me to deliver and install the couch quickly and without any mess left behind.

All together I really am enjoying my new orange monster of a couch!

I'm not going to lie, I fall asleep on it way too often!

Customer service was very slow to…

Customer service was very slow to respond to emails. I called and it was much better via telephone solving my issue.

As for the items I bought, likely the worst instructions of any furniture I’ve ever bought. Poor explanation and very inaccurate list of hardware included

Great Products.

I recently discovered Midinmod while searching for dining chairs and was impressed by the positive reviews. I purchased a set of four dining chairs and am happy with both the style, quality, and quick shipping.

However, I was initially offered a 10% discount coupon but then received a 15% coupon without restrictions shortly after my purchase. When I contacted Customer Service, I was informed that the 15% discount couldn't be applied to my existing order. While I understand the policy, I believe it would have been a reasonable gesture to honor the higher discount.

Despite this, my overall experience was positive. The transaction was easy, and I'm very pleased with the product and design.

The table i ordered arrived damaged

The table i ordered arrived damaged, which I understand sometimes this can happen during shipping. My issue is that customer service is not very responsive and took several days and attempts to get an email response. I called the number and an associate texted the warehouse to have someone reach out to me. It's been 2 days since a rep told me I would receive a tracking number for my replacement and I still have yet to receive anything. Customer service is way below average and because of that I would never ever order from this company again. Unfortunately, sometimes it's worth it to go to a bigger company such as Wayfair to have a better customer experience. No one wants to chase anyone for something they PAID for.

Chair still hasn't left the partner shipper…

Chair still hasn't left the partner shipper and has been sitting since 2/6. Called MidInMod support and they said I just have to wait till the shipper they hired and I paid an extra $100 to ship to me calls me to schedule. I ordered on 1/31, it's been sitting since 2/6, it's now 2/18. Not sure if this company is real at this point.

Lauren, I checked your tracking number and it says your delivery is set for today 2/20/2025. I reached out to you by phone and left a detailed message with my contact information in it. We are definitely a real company as evidenced by our hundreds of google reviews left over a period greater than 7 years. The salesperson was pleasant

The salesperson was pleasant. However, I was told the delivery was at no charge. Then two weeks later I get a $100 charge on my card. I know I'm a distance away, but that should have been explained when I made the purchase.
Also, I tried tracking the delivery and the tracking number is incorrect or doesn't exist!?
Not Great!

Tim, we appreciate your purchase. On our shipping page it is explained that if you live in an area that is considered "remote area" by the shipping company, we are charged 100.00. We then bill the person who made that order the 100.00 - this is all clearly explained on our shipping page. At that point you have the ability to cancel the order prior to us shipping, The determination of remote area is done by Metropolitan Shipping Company, not us. We do not have your card number stored. We informed you of the charge and sent you an invoice that you agreed to pay and did then pay, so I am wondering why you said two weeks later there was a charge for 100.00, which implies you did not know about it. We informed you of the charge and you paid it by choice. We have not the ability nor the want to make any unknown charges to our guests. I see that your purchase was delivered on the 18th. I hope you are enjoying your purchase. Thank you for doing business with MIDINMOD.

Quality was excellent

Quality was excellent, shipping info and updates were communicated effectively. Very impressed with the table and will certainly shop there again when I'm in the market.
