I love my new Microvisor!
My Microvisor was delivered in a timely manner. The installation was very easy, just as advertised. I love it! The visor performs perfectly sending all smoke and grease directly to the microwaves filters. No more ceiling stains.

Additional adaptor may be required and returns are costly
Product required an additional $25 adapter that would make the visor look too low. Returning the visor is not easy and not customer-friendly. The customer must pay the return shipping and a restocking fee of $35 if there are any scratches on the product and must use the original packaging.
You are definitely not Amazon, and if only two units need adapters, then you shouldn’t have problem providing the adapter for free upon request, or giving a full refund for those few unfortunate people who own non-conforming microwaves.

Only two units in the over the range market require an additional adpater needed that we offer and they are displayed on the home page of our website and in the details on product page. We are not Amazon, nor can you find this on Amazon. We have a 4.5 star rating on our own :)

This was exactly what I was looking for. It keeps the steam and grease off the kitchen cabinets. Fortunately I saw your commercial on TV.

Product is excellent, only negative was the instructions were not overly clear, it took some trail and error until I realized screws go up thru slots, not a very easy task doing it by yourself.

Just what we needed!
The Microvisor hood arrived on time. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. I was able to install it in about 20 minutes with nothing more than a Phillip's head screwdriver. We were having a problem with grease attaching itself to the cabinetry near the stove whenever we fried anything. It has been two weeks now and the problem seems to be eliminated. It was exactly what we needed.

Works well but hard to see oven controls
Does a good job capturing the smoke but it makes it difficult to see the oven controls. If there was a possibility to make it slide in and out from under the microwave that would make it easier to use. I leave the set screw out so I can leave it off until I need to use it.

Bought a returned unit and was apprehensive that the hood might have problems when it arrived. But when I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised, it looked brand new. I got to finally try it today and it works just as it was described. Takes some getting used to but it works and looks great.

The hood arrived in perfect condition. The directions were understandable and easy to follow. Install took less that 1/2 hour and the product not only looks good above the stove, but functions exactly as advertised.

The install was easy. It does a great job. I feel two thumb screws should be included. Also, I bought the 36" version that I wish came in Black. Anyway, my smoke alarm no longer goes off when cooking and that alone was worth it!
