Switched from another provider and the onboarding experience was first rate. Quickly changed over and great, quick support when needed. Initially when we were looking at providers, we spoke to Stefan who listened, prepared a quote and then left us to make our decision, unlike other providers who harassed us on a daily basis trying to "force" a sale. An excellent experience so far!

installation & subsequent issues
equipment arrived has been installed nothing is working yet due to porting issues with 4com.
so can only leave a review based on installation of equipment at this point in time that's been fine by Felice at this point. i was told all installed just waiting for porting of numbers. 03/06/26
Update - 08/07/26 (a month later!) Now its 1 star
Turns out the delay wasn't 4com. System has been live & was ported a few days ago (6th). Phones weren't installed properly, kept cutting off, no training has been given. 45 min on teams for training which was 90% setting it up and fixing the install. Contacts list took 2 days to sort out.Still got issues with calls not going out and being cut off mid call when another call comes in.
Had to install the broadband booster/access point myself and do the configuration because it didn't work out of the box like we were promised.
When ever I ring up no one seems to know whats going on. All very apologetic, but slow to fix.
We've also been billed incorrectly.
NOT a good start.
Positive - the phones themselves are good quality

2 weeks of chaos phones constantly dropping out, no idea wat issue was. Been sorted now, big thank you to Sam who has tried his best and been ringing me daily trying to help and get things fixed

Felice provided excellent service during the installation of our internet router and new landline.
While his technical expertise was outstanding, what impressed me most was his communication. He clearly explained the process, kept us informed about what was happening at each stage, and made sure we understood what to expect next. This gave us confidence and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Great customer service
We had our phone line changed to Microtalk and had wonderful customer service from Simon and Tusar. Tusar talked me through the setup and was extremely helpful and patient. When we later had issues, he was on hand to help me resolve again with his unending patience!

Simon moved at rapid pace with his massive industry knowledge to get our phone systems up within a business day
We recently moved our telecoms over to Microtalk from a previous supplier, and I have to say the experience has been outstanding.
