Amazing help and support throughout, from the initial contact right through to handing me the keys to my first property. I couldn’t have done it without them. They were realtively new builds and he did well with the limited information he had and passed on questions he didn’t have the answer to for further enquiries. He was personable and overall the experience and professionalism from Michaels has been very good.

Although the appointment was rescheduled it was only by 15 minutes and they called me well in advance to confirm the new time. The agent, Kieran was very professional and friendly and gave helpful information about the property. I also appreciated the brochure with full property details I received at the end of the viewing - nice to have something in hard copy for easy reference.

When selling our property we received prompt and detailed feedback after every viewing and their onward sales consultant Jo was absolutely brilliant in keeping our buyers updated after there was a longer weight than expected due to delays at the top of the chain.
