Wanted to find the time to provide the very possible highest level of positive feedback on Emma Dukes of Michaels Financial.

She is astute, reliable, helpful, kind and a genuine pleasure to deal with. All my interactions have been flawless. I am a huge advocate of the Company as a result of her hard work and diligence. But in truth everyone I've dealt with at MF is truly excellent, including Michelle and historically Dom.

I would recommend Emma and Michelle to anyone, they made the whole process so easy and stress free. I have only ever had one experience with a mortgage broker in the past, and it was so bad I ended up dealing with my mortgage and remortgage myself. But Emma and her team have totally restored my faith in mortgage brokers.

Emma is extremely knowledgeable and just such a nice happy person to deal with, she puts you at ease straight away and provided all the information you could possibly think of. The whole process was a dream, from first contact to getting the approval within 3 weeks - couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you both for your help
