I ordered a subscription box back in 2024, and they never sent it. They have consistently refused to answer my enquiries for the past two years, and have blocked me across all social media.
Thanks for replying, MJMarket. I can't upload screenshots, but I still have the email confirming that I purchased the box on July 17th, 2025. I also have a screenshot, which I took today, saying that my order, number #1136 is "currently Processing". I'd be glad to share these with you.
I did speak to my bank about a dispute; however, as more than 30 days had passed (the box was supposed to be shipped in November 2024), there was nothing they could do.
I disagree that the communication became abusive; after my first message was ignored, I pursued, as any customer would have done, and my message was as follows:
"Hi, I ordered a Moonwalker subscription box, and it still hasn't arrived. Every time I try and track it, it just says processing. I sent a message on your official site, but got no reply. I was wondering if you have any information on it? Thanks."
Again, I'm more than happy to provide screenshots of proof of purchase.

We take claims like this seriously, which is why we have repeatedly asked you—across multiple messages—to provide an order number or any proof of purchase. To date, you have not provided a single piece of verifiable information, and we have no record of any order under your name.
At no point over the past two years did you submit a PayPal dispute, chargeback, or any formal claim through a payment provider—something any legitimate customer would reasonably do if they had actually been charged and not received an item.
After multiple attempts to assist you, the communication unfortunately became abusive, at which point we made the decision to block further contact on social media.
We remain open to resolving legitimate issues. If you can provide a valid order number or proof of purchase, we will gladly investigate immediately.
