First of all its a scam website. Items are of poor quality. Delivery takes many weeks...as it probably come from China. They email you saying they are back logged, etc...truth is China is far away. The clothing items we got have no tags or labels on them. Return policy is not what it seems...you can send it back on your dime and only get 50% store credit. Claim they are moving to Spain lol.

Michael & Claire Vancouver is a fake storefront. The Return Centre is No.160 Nijiayan Road Jiangbei District Ningbo, Zhejiang 315000, China (CHN). Phone: 17758231352Z. They have no office in the Netherlands, nor a warehouse in Vancouver. They are not a Canadian couple relocating to Spain and selling their finely made merchandise. The fabric is of poor quality, the garments come with no labels or tags, and the items look nothing like those shown on the website. I exchanged more than a dozen emails with customer service, and was eventually told they don't provide refunds, only store credit, or buyer-paid return shipping to China (within a limited number of days, which had already passed). BUYER BEWARE, and please report this scam to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre if you've already had dealings with them.

My experience with Michael and Claire Vancouver. I ordered a number of items from them online and bought into the story that they were closing their Vancouver location and retiring to Spain. I confess I shouldn't have relied on just the reviews on their site and should have investigated further before ordering. The clothes I received were of terrible quality and generally 100% polyester. The sizing was all over the place and frankly seemed random. I contacted them as soon as I received the order in order to return it (30 day money back guarantee on their website). After many emails with someone named Sophie, their response was to offer me either a 15% refund or a 50% store credit! I then disputed the charges with my credit card company and I'm happy to report that within a day of speaking with the bank, I received an e-mail from Michael and Claire offering me a full refund. I received the refund within a week, there was no mention of returning the clothes. The site is a SCAM!!! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.

Save 67% $64.95 CAD which is a total lie, as you would be lucky to get $10.00 for these pieces of crap in a store. You would have to mail these to Asia for a return so don't bother buying from this site.

Never order from this company. Even I got misled....they are not a Vancouver based company. Their goods are cheap Chinese knockoffs....not looking forward to return attempt......to China!!!!

Don't bother to order. In case you have to return the item you should send to China. From Toronto, ON it would cost about $100.

Crap! NOT a Canadian site! Basically SHEIN or Temu stuff that was shipped from China. They were advertised as a quality, name brand orthopedic loafer. They did not come in a box rather they were wrapped in plastic. There is no name or label. They are cheap and not accurate sizing. Basically they are useless to me. They charge extreme shipping costs to send back to China. I’m out $70. Infuriating.

Um. This company has got to be a scam. The shoes I ordered were not what arrived. They are plastic crap. They don't appear to have been designed to be worn at all. Worst, I can't figure out how to return them.

Sandals were like a piece of cheap plastic type fabric. But ad looked like my Taos sandals. Free 30 day return but you have to pay the shipping back to China. I opted for the 15% refund and did receive it finally. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM! It's an AI site that is a fake front for a cheapo manufacturer in China. The shipping even stated it was from China! And it wasn't the right product but it will cost too much to return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

There is no Michael, no Claire, no Vancouver. On their website there’s a generic picture of a handsome young Caucasian couple, probably lifted from some ad. There’s an address for a warehouse in Vancouver that’s just a small house in a completely residential area (I live in Vancouver so I checked) and the phone number provided is not a working number.
I ordered a pair of flip-flops that were too big. On their website it says 30 day return policy. Within one hour I wanted to return it. I ended up with pages and pages of correspondence from someone named Sophie who offered me many things instead of a refund. In the end, when I insisted she gave me an address in China and said I would have to send them back at my expense. And once they received them and then verified that they were in good condition, maybe then I would get a refund. Otherwise 30% refund and I can keep the flip-flops. Does anyone recognize a scam here? I opted for the 30% refund, but I’m not holding my breath. So be warned and beware.

SCAM. I made an entire video on the absolutely horrendous quality of the dresses that were both regularly over $200 but recently on sale for a little over $70 each. As it is end of season this made sense to me at the time. They are trying to give me a 15% refund even after seeing the photos and the screenshots I took where Google was able to show the same dresses and models on Temu. Also, the delivery company they use is horrid and because I was not home to answer, they threw the bag by the side of the building and a neighbour in my condo building happened to see it and brought it to my door when I returned home. I will be contacting my bank to dispute this. They were deceptive and falsely advertise that their clothing items are good quality and made in Canada. Customer service pretends to be very nice and caring, but they beat around the bush and try to give you partial discount and told me that I can keep the hideous 100% polyester dresses as a “good faith gesture” which is total bullshit. The dresses don’t even have boutique tags or who made them and they come in plastic packaging that you would receive clothing from drop shipping companies….you know who… Do not buy from them.

We ordered 4 items and we were suspicious at the fact there was no list of materials, even though they state their commitment to quality in their bio. However, we didn’t think too much of it and placed the order. Then we reflected on the fact that the story seemed like something anyone could make up, and the photos looked like AI. We looked it up and found these reviews, but it was too late to cancel the order. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (and look up reviews first).

Not even worth one star. Wish I'd looked here before placing an order. Not a Canadian company (based in Netherlands), no one is moving to Spain, no easy returns (you pay to return product) to Asia--sure), garbage cheap products which are completely misrepresented on the website-- you want a sweater? you'll get cheap pieces of polyester sewn together. Do not order from this company.

This company falsely claims that they are a Canadian company. They say they ship fast through Canada Post but the tracking they give is from CHINA! They say they have a “30 money back guarantee” but judging by their AI responses to cancel my items (that haven’t been shipped) returning the items will be a battle

DON’T do it! Cheap China garbage. Returns cost more than the overpriced, low quality clothing and shoes. Company hides behind a Canadian name, that sells inferior Chinese merchandise. Shoes claimed to be orthopaedic, NOT. Blouse was a cheap plastic fabric, print was sharp in one area, and faded out on collar & back panel.

Website says they are retiring and moving to Spain, liquidating their "stock" at 70% off. I ordered some shoes, I get tracking number - it's coming from China, not their "Vancouver" Store. I googled the Shoes I bought, they are available on Temu & Amazon. Thought I was buying from nice Canadian Boutique. Scam!!!

I would like to give 0 stars. Their return policy is misleading and unethical. You cannot return even damaged items. They are NOT out of Vancouver as their name suggests. Items are shipped and need to be returned internationally., the address I still have not been provided with after multiple requests.
They offered me 25% back on my order and told me to sell what I had myself. They do not stand behind the quality of their merchandise and you won’t get what you paid for in a return. DO NOT BE FOOLED AS I WAS.
