I ordered the New Blue Japanese porcelain dress. They took my money but dress has never arrived. That,s over 3 weeks ago. I have emailed but no reply. I am afraid that this is a scam site.
I don't think I'll get my items. The way they are responding from Gmail accounts is strange. They won't send me a receipt. They say my item is in. Transit but won't provide me with a tracking number. The phone number on their site cannot be connected and is diverted to Sweden.
All I can do is dispute my transaction with the bank and get my money back.
I ordered a pair of jeans online, they were the wrong size and I contacted them immediately. I asked to exchange, that was the 14th of May, it is now 7th of June and they have not replied to 7 emails or two direct messages on Instagram. I am more than disappointed.
I ordered a coat from miamia two weeks ago and it arrived today. I am thrilled with it! Beautifully made, fully lined, looks exactly like the photograph on the website. The coat is a little big but that is because I went a size up just in case as in my experience most clothing from online shops that are made in Asia are 2 sizes smaller than the Australian comparative. Miamia Stores sizes run true to their sizing chart so I suggest you order to measure. Overall l am so pleased with this purchase and I will definitely be ordering from this store again. Well done Miamia!
