We have been using M Global for over three years now to provide hardware support on our old iSeries. They have been amazing during every event we have had. We had a drive fail this past Friday. They had provided us with a spare onsite. I called them up and they walked me through swapping the drives. And they contacted me Monday to make sure everything was still operating as expected. They even shipped out another spare drive to have on hand.
I don't know what we would do without them.

We have been using MGlobal for over 2 Years now for our clients and they have been great. They provide great service and they over deliver everytime. Keep up the great work!

M Global Service customized a support agreement to match our exact needs. They delivered on the statement of work and were very easy to work with. We also found their pricing to be fair.

I have dealt with a number of extended warranty providers in my career. M Global Services is the first one that actual sent us all of the parts that most likely fail if there is a failure to minimize downtime to an absolute minimum. The account team is fantastic to deal with and the support team is also fantastic and knowledgeable. The other parts of their business (selling equipment and new parts) are also very competitive with their pricing. Really is a delight to deal with.

Steve Oono is a true asset to M Global, and I hope they appreciate him as I'm sure some other Company would love to add him to their Team. Steve has always replied timely and w/ the necessary info, and he makes dealing with and buying from M Global a pleasure. Thank you, Steve .

Steve and the whole crew at MGlobal have been so easy to work with. When we partner up on an effort or issue they really listen to understand what we're trying to accomplish, and then act accordingly. They're one of my favorite vendors because we get things done without a lot of extra fluff that can be typical with a lot of contractors.
