Some of the items in our order arrived damaged. They replied quickly to my email and sorted it out for me. I'm very happy with the service that we received from them.

Truly God sent service on point
I was wary at first as things online can be tricky. These lot are so good I had to come and let everyone else know, these guys are great and stick to their word. I ordered a outdoor heater element which was tricky to find but they matched the exact one needed and was delivered the very next day. Element was for my mums house who had struggle with too many broken orders so I decided to use these guys and now lets say I am my mothers favourite lol thanks guys great service.

Don't buy Igloo Cooler with Plastic Latch
They sell Igloo coolers, but do not keep parts for repairs.
If you buy an Igloo cooler, ensure it does NOT have the plastic clip, it will not last more than a couple of uses, and you will be forced to either accept a replacement plastic one (Pointless as it also will not last - maybe until after your warranty is complete, and you will thus no longer be able to get another replacement!!) or to 'purchase' a replacement Metal one yourself (which I am in the process of doing).
I would not rate the customer service either, as if you try to contact MGD you get short sharp replies, and have to keep chasing/clarifying. They will just about do what they need to under law, if you are lucky.
