Love the slippers!

Everyone has loved everything that they gotten.

Order was canceled. One email sent to let me know. No follow up after. So I sent an email asking for status on a pre order knowing I had to wait, received a reply stating they sent an email with that email they sent attached. Now I am waiting for store credit because they dont do refunds on pre orders. Everything I have purchased from this site has taken months to receive. Customer support are slow to reply. Real bummer because I love the site and the stuff they sell.

I love all the optiions you have to buy, definitely worth shopping. Also got my order sooner than expected and that's a plus for me !

There should have been more communication regarding the status of the preorder. The packaging of the bordado slippers is so cheap compared to the concha slippers. They look like an Amazon order and no indication of the specialty store they came from. Very disappointing

I bought 2 pairs of concha slippers, and both times came in yellow stained and dirty.

You advertise it with a nice decorative box and then ship it without the box you ask if there’s issues to let you know so I sent emails 2 different times with no reply this is a gift so the box was important to me

I ordered the Pan-tuflas at a great discount. They arrived pretty quickly, and they feel very soft. My sister is going to get a kick out of this gift.

Well it went well , this time...but seeing this was the second Christmas ive tried to get this item your 50% right now ... last year you sent me the wrong item so I couldn't give the gift so at least I got the right thing this time.

Ordered in June. It said preorder with expected ship date in July. I got one unsolicited email telling me there was a delay. After that I had to reach out for updates. Tumbler finally arrived in December!

Overall, these slippers are pretty cheap quality and they did not come in the box. I thought they would. ( as shown in video)
