Selve produktet er i orden, men;
Firmaet beskrev bestillingen som indpakket i en "stor toblerone" og med en lille gave. Det eneste toblerone og indpakningen havde tilfælles var, at de begge er trekantede. Den lille gave/overraskelse der skulle medfølge fulgte ikke med.
Selve produktet er fint, og en manglende overraskelse i sig selv ubetydelig, men hvis man lover noget, så skal man også holde det.
