Risposta di 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths Ltd
Hi Rita,
I sent you an email about this a couple of hours ago. I'm sorry to hear that your keys haven't arrived. Mail services are under a lot of strain at the moment, though even then, it's unusual for a transatlantic package to take a month.
Kindly come back to me by email and we'll sory something out. Sorry for the delay.
Kind regards,
Stan
