1st Metropolitan Locksmiths Ltd Recensioni

When moving into my new apartment I was given a damaged key fob to access the building. Metrolocks were able to copy it to an undamaged fob and post it back to me tracked same day.

Unbelievable service. Enquired about a key we thought we could only get fron USA. Prompt service to say they could help trace the key. Ordered paid for in one day arrived the next.... Thank you I wish all companies worked like you do

These guys are amazing! Sent an enquiry through their website(which was very easy) on Wednesday morning and they got back to me straight away. I needed security keys which my local key cutters were unable to do. My new keys arrived Thursday morning and work perfectly. I was happy with the price as it would have been very expensive to replace the lock if I couldn't get new keys. Very easy to deal with, would recommend.

I needed two keys cut and 1st Metropolitan Locksmiths quoted £11.95 each plus VAT. With admin of and postage of £4.25 + VAT the total would have come to £33.78. They said that I may have already found that these keys can be difficult to get copied, but a local hardware shop copied them no problem for £2.50 each, and they are perfect.
£33.78 against £5.00 - Hmmm!

Prompt delivery of a difficult replacement tubular key. Worked perfectly first time. Excellent service, can highly recommend 👍

All done online, received the keys promptly, keys working great, highly recommended

Excellent online service. Copied my parking bollard keys from photos and I received them within a few days. And they work.

Use no-one else. Stan at Metro Locks couldn't have been more helpful. I had a problem with the large plastic bow of a key not fitting into my keysmart keyring and he spent a good while shaving bits off until it was the perfect fit. That was two years ago. Needed replacement keys and he remembered and asked if I'd like the same again. That's class.
Friendly and exceedingly helpful. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent and speedy/courtesy service. I recommend them highly. They got me out of a difficult situation quickly. Special mention for Stan and Chris.
Thank you.

Great Service nice people to deal wth I would call on them Again

Brilliant to find a company that cuts a replacement key for an old lock from a couple of photos. And the photo was of a damaged key too.

Excellent service, very responsive & professional. Recommend & would definately use again.

AMAZING SERVICE, I sent a photo of a damaged key and in two days I had 4 keys that work perfectly.

In 25 years of ordering items remotely this company is the most efficient I have ever come across.

Thank you for your help, you are a brilliant company
